Sweet, Sexy with a dash of small town drama!

When we first meet up with Brie, she comes to Mirabelle for one thing and one thing only; the funeral of her birth mother. She never had the chance to meet her and doesn't consider her "mom" and from what she can tell from the local townfolk, her birth mother wasn't the nicest lady. So, you see, Brie only planned to be in town for just a short time, but fate had other plans for her. When Brie finds out her mother left her entire will to Brie, she finds herself not only confused, but wanting to also stay a while....From the moment Finn laid eyes on Brie, he knew he had to have her. He's had his heart broken before, but not even that is enough to keep him away. The pull Finn feels for Brie is enough to make him want to jump. Will Brie jump at the chance of love as well? Or will she leave Mirabelle behind in a cloud of dust?? There is only one way to find out....

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. Untold is my first book by this author and boy did I pick a good first book. Yes, this is the 7th book in the Country Roads Series, but I promise you, you can read this book as a stand-alone novel. 

Untold is a great small town read. I loved the story-line and the small town attitude; everyone knowing everyone and always having to give their own two cents. I fell in love with the characters instantly and wanted to know more about them and just had to see where their story was going to take me. I really enjoyed Brie and Finn together. I loved the pull between the two of them and boy did they ever burn up the pages. I found myself totally and easily lost in Brie and Finn's story and could not wait to see how it was all gonna play out.

Untold was a really enjoyable read. I easily finished it in just one sitting. As I previously stated, this is my first book by this author and I for one can not wait to check out more books from this author in the future.

If you haven't read Shannon Richard's Country Roads series, than you need to rectify that asap!  With every new installment, it solidifies itself as one of my favorite romance series.  I was so excited to jump into Untold to finally get Finn Shepherd's story!!!!

Right off the bat, I loved Brie Davis and thought Shannon Richard did a fantastic job with organically bringing her into the fold.  Her backstory was moving and right away I wanted her to find happiness!!!  The minute she hit town, Finn took immediate notice and the sparks that were flying were mutual!  Being that Finn has previously been a love 'em and leave 'em type of guy, it would take a really amazing women to make him want "more"...let's just say Brie 100% fits that bill!!  But it takes a lot more than epic chemistry to make a relationship work and I LOVED reading what Shannon Richard had in mind for them!!!

This is such a great and addictive series!! True romance at its finest and once I started Untold I felt like I could forget the rest of the world and just enjoy Brie and Finn's story--love that!  As always, I loved getting updates from past favorites from the ever charming town of Mirabelle, Florida.  I always love how original and creative Shannon Richard is with adding new characters all the while keeping her core crew relevant.  Untold is a 4.5/5 star read that I highly recommend to every romance novel fan!!  Untold can totally be read as a standalone, but once you start you will definitely want to read every book in this series!!  I am already looking forward to what Shannon Richard has up her sleeve next!!!
