Although I do own a couple of books by Yahrah's books (suggestions from my sisters) I haven't read them. This is my first by the author. The plot was a good one. However, the execution and characters were a bit off to me. I never really connected. It was an enjoyable read. Just a bit disjointed.

This is my first book by this author and I'm a bit torn as to whether I'll pick up another. 

On one hand, the plot was good, the characters were mostly likeable, and I never got bored. A few things seemed over dramatic, but I'm cool with that because HELLO, fiction :)

On the other hand... I often felt the vocabulary was heavy handed and the writing style was, I dunno, over my head? Look, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box, but I'm not dumb. There were times I just felt like I was being spoken down to due to the author's word choices. 

I will probably give the author one more chance, as I did like the book, but if I feel dumb, I'm done. Reading is my escape, not work.

I have mixed feelings about this story. I found the characters underdeveloped and sometimes unlikable and for that reason alone, I could not get into the story as much as I hoped. It was still an okay read but not one of my favorites..

A book that is just hard to put diwn. Right here. Taming is a great way to put thiz book. With each person finding out who they are and taming the bad ways.

Maybe I've just had it with billionaire romances but this didn't do anything for me XD
