Seize Today is the thrilling conclusion to a fantastic dystopian series. I’ve been a huge fan of this series since the beginning, Pintip writes such compelling characters that you can’t help but love them and want to follow them everywhere. I was dubious when I found out that each book would feature a different character, to me Callie and Logan were perfect characters but I worried for nothing. Remember Yesterday featured Jessa and Tanner who are by far my favourites characters of the whole series. Pintip has made sure to grab readers from the first page and from there the rest is history.

Seize Today is about Olivia, Chairwoman Dresden’s daughter and she is the world’s one true precognitive; meaning she can look into the future and see all the possible outcomes that can come with just one simple action. Due to her ability, Olivia has isolated herself for ten years until she joins Jessa in her plan to save the future and meets Ryder, the boy who in every future, kills her.

Olivia was such an adorable character, she’s so broken and vulnerable that you can’t help but be immediately protective of her. Ryder is Jessa’s best friend and Mikey’s adopted son, he's a very private character and distrustful of almost everyone outside of his close friends and family. Ryder has a harrowing back-story that broke my heart but what I loved most about him was his interactions with Olivia. Olivia is a broken bird but he never treated her as such, he knew she had the capabilities to be strong and fearless. Their relationship is such a slow burn as each character slowly begins to trust each other.

The Forget Tomorrow series has been fast paced and action packed since the very beginning but all of this comes to a head in Seize Today. Pintip has clearly known where she wanted this series to go from the the very beginning, decisions made in book one cleverly become clear in Seize Today, so many plot twists, so many answers to questions I had forgotten and so many moments that had me on the edge of my seat. Fans of the series will thoroughly enjoy this conclusion and I can’t wait to see what Pintip comes up with next!

The thing about the Forget Tomorrow series that makes it so great is not only the awesome writing (I love the writing) but that we get to see the plot from different perspectives per book. We started with Callie, then her sister Jenna and now the own chairwoman’s daughter Olivia. Seize Today really pulls everything together.

I found Olivia’s story to be the most intriguing because the way your perspective of her changes throughout the other books as well. So the Olivia we meet in Forget Tomorrow is not the same girl we see in Seize Today. Each story I’m always surprised how much I bond with the character. I was a loyal Callie girl but I think Olivia is my favorite character. She has so much in her that nobody sees and it makes me sad. She is also very very strong to have put up with the things she has and you just can’t help but root for her. Her decisions are not purposely cruel and are sometimes the only option she sees. She wants to save everyone because she sits on this line between the world and her mother.

I can’t remember what I thought of Ryder in Remember Yesterday but I did like him now. Even with his trust issues, unlike his father Mickey he can see beyond himself. I think he starts to understand that in order to get trust you have to put a little of yourself out there too. I love love how he sees Olivia for who she is. Not just what she is expected to be. There blooming friendship/relationship is very cute and heartwarming.

Did I hate Mickey before? I can’t remember I think I might have but if I didn’t I really hate him in this book. He shouldn’t be in charge of anything, he doesn’t have a clear enough head. He is also too bias. Maybe I am too hard on him but he just gets to me.

So the plot ahh the plot. I don’t want to give anything away and now that all three books are out I think it’s a perfect series to binge. I just kept thinking, no how can this turn this way or that way or upside down. So many things so many things. Also so much action. You never feel a lull just a need to know how they are going to get out their situations.

I loved this series. I think it’s a great lighter Sci-fi for someone who might be hesitant with the genre. I also loved all of the relationships the characters develop. Not just with their significant others but with each other. It was interesting to see it through the whole series. The perfect binge series.

This one is the one that will give you the thrills and take you on a adventure , the reason we read. Olivia will be tested but love and loyalty are ingrain in her. I don't know if I could do like her or even want it but you will become fixated with her. Then when it starts going sideways that is when you are really going to get pulled. Ryder will get in this as well with also capturing your attention. Be prepared for this author to pull at all sides too. Now this is a fantastic wrap up with it being one wonderful one that I have read in awhile.

Seize Today by Pintip Dunn is the third book in the Forget Tomorrow trilogy. Olivia Dresden can see the future, or rather many futures, and she knows she has to stop the horrible things her mother is going to do. When Ryder's future memory shows him executing her, on the day her visions have always ended, she knows how long she has left, yet she is drawn to the boy who will kill her.

Seize Today, and the Forget Tomorrow trilogy, is complex and goes places you didn't see coming. Olivia undergoes a huge amount of growth as a character in the book, and her actions and those she inspires have effect more than just her. I enjoyed how I grew to like her character more and the development of her and Ryder's relationship.

Overall I very much recommend Seize Today by Pintip Dunn, not just as an interesting science fiction story, but as one that is driven by characters whose goals outshine their own selves.

(I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book I received for free from Netgalley in exchange for my open and honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.)

This book is everything!!! Ok it's true that I'm rating purely on my emotions and how I'm feeling right now at the end of this tale but you know what, it just made me feel so much it deserves it! I will be critical in a second but first we gush about being able to see these people placed in these impossible situations and fight through them. They are strong and stupid and impulsive and courageous just they deserve all the stars as well.

I've always loved seeing Ryder in the other books so that he was one of our main focuses here made me very happy. And Olivia wasn't annoying how I found Jessa in the second book (not for the whole thing but a chunker there in the middle lol) so being in her head didn't bother me.

My only complaint was I wanted more. If this book had been longer or two books of the same length I feel like the emotional wreckage would have been epic! That's not to say this didn't hit the spot because it did but it's so fast paced it didn't give as much a chance to drag out the angst which I love but that's just personal opinion. But over all I'm obsessed with this series and I can't wait to read what this author writes next!

I just could not believe Forget Tomorrow series has come to an end. Seize Today is the final book of the series. There are too many emotions involved when I read this book and I have to say, Pintip Dunn has written the best dystopian/sci-fi book ever.

Seize Today has my heart on race right for the first page. It just feels surreal. It's like I can see it right in front my eyes and I am part of the team. Running for my life. Running to make sure I got the chance to escape from the genocide that Olivia's mom has planned for the longest time.

Olivia is the true precognitive. She is can foresee how future going to be and what will happen to the people and herself and her family and friends. Olivia is fragile at heart because of her mother, well, she kind of not-really-care-much-about-her. So, Olivia doesn't feel the love from her mother. The love she always wanted to have but failed to earn from her own mother - Chairwoman Dresden. She will do anything to make sure her mom's plan not going to be work. Even though it hurts her doing that to her mom but the community is far important than anything.

In one of Olivia future memory, Ryder Russell is in it. Ryder, he is Mikey adopted son whose having a trust issue because of what had happened in his childhood memory. It is not easy for him to give his trust to somebody is unknown to him let alone, a chairwoman's daughter - Olivia. The daughter of the woman who is going to wrecked their world and put all people in the world in danger. Even though that is what it is, Ryder somehow found love in Olivia when they on the run.

This final book has included the characters from the first series, Callie and Logan & Jessa and Tanner who are also combining forces to prevent genocide and also virus infected the community.

Forget Tomorrow series is the best book I have read in 2017. A book full of adventure, time travel from future to the past, a love for a family is strong and the courageous that each of the characters has especially the three woman - Callie, Jessa and Olivia. It's a girl power!!!

I have to say it's hard for me to say goodbye to all the characters and the book itself. I only knew about the book last month and I have all three book in a month has left a mark on my heart that I couldn't forget the story ever. Pintip Dunn, you have written a very amazing, wonderful yet intense book series ever and I truly love and enjoy. Now, I need this 3 book in my hand but all I know, there is none in our bookstore possession. I guess I have to find other alternatives to own it.

Before I forgot, I recommended this entire series to everyone who is reading my review especially if you want to find some intense and/or you are into dystopian/sci-fi, time traveling book with strong family love - Forget Tomorrow series is for you. Trust me, you going to love it as much as I do.

This is a good ending to the series! Although, I think Mrs. Dunn left enough material to consider a spinoff. Well, a girl can only hope.

Seize Today brings back the characters from prior books, Callie and Logan, Jessica and Tanner and it provides us with a new main couple: Olivia and Ryder.

Olivia's the Chairwoman Dresden's daughter. Her mother has never shown her love and despite the way she treats her, Olivia is always hoping her mother decides to do the right thing. Olivia is the only true precognitive in existence. She can see different pathways a person can take in their future. This, of course, has shown her things, she rather would have never known. For ten years, she secluded herself from the world but lately, she has spent time with Jessica, her mother's assistant. In most of the pathways, Olivia knows helping Jessica will help them save lives.

Ryder Russell is Mikey's adopted son. He's also Jessica's best friend or was until Jessica betrayed him. Ryder has a hard time trusting people. There's an event in his childhood that fomented his distrust. When he's captured and Olivia helps him escape, he doesn't want to trust her but he also doesn't want to part ways with her. He can tell how lonely Olivia is which tugs at his heartstrings.

Seize Today was full of action, emotion and sci-fi components that had me turning the pages. I've liked all the characters in this series and it was nice to see how the prior relationships were progressing as well as giving some needed love to two lonely souls. Both Olivia and Ryder had a bad childhood. Ryder was saved by Mickey and Angela while Olivia was not as lucky. It gave me pleasure to see Olivia's character opening up and fighting for her friends. Defying the Chairwoman didn't come easy for her but she did what needed to be done.

Kudos to Pintip Dunn for creating a great fantasy with memorable characters and interesting plotlines.

"In every pathway, and every time, yes."

Cliffhanger: No

4/5 Fangs

Thanks to NetGalley and Entangled Teen for the opportunity to read and review Seize Today by Pintip Dunn. The third book in the Forget Tomorrow series is told in Olivia's point of view. I enjoy the sense of humor that Olivia has gained to help her handle her strange situation. Olivia has lived her whole life being belittled and neglected by her mother, the chairwoman who wants to commit genocide of her own society. Olivia is brave and tricks her mother to help Ryder escape so the two of them can help the outsiders. The complexities of the world continue to grow and solutions continue to be brought to light. Olivia's relationships become strained and she proves herself trustworthy over and over again to build her friendships and to build the trust her friends have in her. This final book of the series brings the plot full circle. 4 stars for the conclusion of this dystopian trilogy!

*I received a complimentary copy of this book for voluntary consideration.

Seize Today is the perfect ending to the Forget Tomorrow series. Although it saddens me that the Trilogy is now over, I am perfectly content and happy with how everything ended. I would really appreciate a 3.5 novella; it would be a really interesting follow up short story to read.

Things I am obsessed with:

The Title of each book in the series. The 1st book is Forget Tomorrow, the 2nd is Remember Yesterday, and the final book is Seize Today. The titles weren't only a catchy, smart way to name the books in this series, but each one had a storyline that is summarized in those two words that compose the title.

Each book focus on one female main character, and her love interest. The 1st book starred Callie, and the 2nd book starred her sister, Jessa. The final book though revolves around Olivia, the daughter of the chairwoman.

Pints Dunn perfectly tied up all of the loose ends, but not in a way that makes you feel like this could have been added to the 2nd book. In Seize Today, we get the story told from a fresh perspective, which in its own, adds multiple dilemmas to the story.

The adventure isn't the only feature of this story. Romance, Family, and Friendship have a great role in Seize Today. Especially the romance, the I love you, I hate you kind of romance. Definitely swoon worthy!

Trust, betrayal, love, hate, and friendship, these are all words that describe the story of Seize Today.

Pintip will take you on a Rollercoaster of emotions, and trust me when I say that you don't want to miss out on it.

This book was by far the best in this trilogy!!! It was freeeeeaking awesome! The journey throughout the whole book was quite unpredictable and I really, really enjoyed the ride though the ending was unexpected but it was definitely an explosive conclusion to this trilogy.

*Spoilerish for those who haven't read the previous books in this series yet.*

Olivia Dresden has mostly lived her life in isolation clinging to the "good image" of her mother of her visions but she has only met the cold-hearted one in reality. But when her mother brings in Ryder Russel, a boy fated in her destiny, she is forced to reconsider her decision about everything before everything goes up in smoke and they fade away. Literally.

One of the interesting fact about this book is the three books of this trilogy has 3 different narrators and we have Olivia, the villain a.k.a the Chairwoman's daughter as the narrator of Seize Today and I loved her even more than Callie! We have had glimpses of Olivia in the first two books but in this book, we finally got to see the things her way and I immediately loved her and I just wanted to protect that smol baby bean!

The plot of this book was unpredictable and it kept me on the edge throughout the book, especially when the stakes were so high. A new virus is affecting everyone and slowly everyone will simply start to fade away but the Chairwoman's company has the only solution but it comes at a much higher price and then there's Olivia has never stepped out in the outside world and with Ryder, she is forced to step out of her comfort zone and I really liked how she handled everything Olivia is someone who has precognition, that is, she can see the possible pathways one might take in the future but the results often surprised her, she was such a fascinating character. The chemistry between Olivia and Ryder was instant and I loved that connection between them, I seriously loved those two together. The romance was a little whirlwind but I was absolutely in for it!

We have the whole team in this book, Callie is there, even Jessa and together they had to face the Chairwoman. They formed a great team but despite everything, the only one who could make a difference was Olivia and oh she did... I still had a tiny hope for the Chairwoman just like Olivia but her vision was just too twisted. In her way, she was right but she couldn't see how wrong she actually was. The thing she did that at the end shocked me to no ends, I was not prepared for that but at least it was something. You'll know what I mean when you read the book. The plot twist was also awesome!! This book was jam-packed with action and there was never a dull moment.

Overall, Seize Today was a fantastic read. I couldn't keep the book down and finished it in two sittings. Although the ending was a little bittersweet, but the plot was executed neatly and I absolutely loved the characters! The writing was beautiful and smooth and it was fast-paced throughout the book. I am definitely looking forward to reading more books by this author.

Seize Today, by author Pintip Dunn, is the third and final installment in the authors Forget Tomorrow trilogy. For summary sake, Seize Today begins 6 months after the ending of Remember Yesterday. If you remember anything about that story, you should remember how the story ended, and why Jessa did what she did. If you haven't read Remember Yesterday, or Forget Tomorrow, you really should do so in order to understand what has happened to this point, and who the main characters of this trilogy are.

This is a world that has chosen, thanks to Marigold Dresden aka The Chairwoman, to force all 17-year olds in North Amerie to receive a memory from the future. This memory is necessary for everything from financial stability, education, and well, you get the idea. It all began after Callie Stone received a future memory that saw her killing her own sister, Jessa. Callie managed to twist fate around by doing something so shocking, that it sent her into a coma for 10 years. In the second installment, Jessa Stone took the reigns of the series, and shocked the hell out of readers with her betrayal of her family that has seen her become an outcast.

Now, we get to Olivia Dresden, the most complicated character in this entire series. Why is Olivia so complicated? Because she chooses to believe there is good in everyone, including her own mother. Because she once saw the end of the world and chose to hide away from it for 10 years. (The same time frame that Callie was in a coma.) 6 months ago she came out of hiding & saw something that encouraged Jessa, now the assistant to Chairwoman Dresden, to listen to her and betray her family.

Olivia's story really is what you would call coming of age. She has been called shadow, because she shadows Jessa around because she believes that Jessa can help her save the world. She doesn't have confidence in herself because nobody except Jessa, or Tanner, and tried to get close to her. Olivia doesn't just see one future, she can see every single path a persons future might take, including her own. But, things have become even more desperate than before. She has a vision of being killed by a boy with a syringe and can't see past that point. But, that's not all that's strange.

A new virus is affecting nearly everyone with symptoms that make them appear to be vanishing from existence. Olivia, Jessa, and Tanner Callahan have to team up and find a way to save not only Jessa's family, who knew nothing about what she was planning, but the rest of the world as well. Olivia compatriot in this story is Ryder Russell, the brother of Logan Russell who is married to Callie Stone, and the boy who is supposed to kill Olivia in 20 days. Ryder is the boy who has been in every story.

Ryder's back story is a bit heartbreaking. Ryder is the boy who was adopted by Mikey & Angela Russell. No one should have to go through what he went through. Ryder's back story left him a bit of a wild card, especially after his adoptive parents had a child of their own and his best friend, Jessa, betrayed him and the others. Ryder and Olivia's story is one where you sit on a rollercoaster and hope you don't get tossed off the ride because the straps didn't work properly, or there were too many bumps in the roads for it to be a smooth ride.

I can honestly say that pretty much every single character has made an appearance in every single book in this trilogy, and that's how the series ends as well. Remarkable considering that most authors would shove these characters to the side and not come back to them unless something really amazing has happened. Callie appears because Olivia considers her to be her hero. She did something that nobody is supposed to be able to do. Callie really set the standard for the next two installments, but I will admit that the last 1/3 of this story, was brilliantly written. A fantastic way to end a series.

Thank you to Entangled Teen and Netgalley for a copy of the eARC in exchange for a fair review.

This is the 3rd and final book in the series, I highly suggest starting with the first book. Spoilers will follow if you haven't read the first two books.

Olivia is a precognitive, she can see almost every possible future and know the percentage chance of it happening. When Ryder is taken prisoner after trying to get medicine for Callie, and he has his future vision. In which he kills Olivia, she knows that she has do whatever she can to help Callie.

Ryder doesn't trust Olivia and he trust her even less after she injects him with something in order to get him out of the facility. However, he knows that she is determined to help and he finally gives in and lets her return to their town. Once there Olivia realizes that everyone is starting to come down with this virus.

Olivia begins to realize this is a much larger problem then they realized and as they move back towards the facility so that she can help them get the vaccine things begin to spiral out of control. Will Olivia be able to help save everyone? Or will their whole time stream be deleted?

I must admit I didn't like Olivia very much in the first book, she grew on me in the second, but I loved her in this one. It really becomes clear why and what she is doing and that despite having her mother behave they way she does, Olivia still has a huge heart and keeps trying to do things to save everyone.

I enjoyed every bit of this series, I highly recommend this series!

Seize Today is the compelling finale to the Forget Tomorrow Trilogy. I was surprised to find that this is one of those series that I loved each book even more than the last.

Seize Today focuses mostly on Olivia Dresden, the only true precognitive, and also the chairwoman's daughter. While Olivia was in the other books as well, I loved getting to know her better in Seize Today. She may just be my favorite character yet! She is strong yet vulnerable, and is determined to always try to do the right thing, even when she believes she never does. She is so powerful yet feels powerless to save the world even as she desperately tries again and again. Her romance with Ryder is just oh so perfect and had me rooting for them fiercely.

All the dystopian/science fiction aspects of the book were really cool and definitely kept things interesting. Future memory, time travel, and parallel realms, it has it all. I liked that it never got confusing though and that these things were explained naturally and simply, never stalling the flow of the story. I highly recommend the Forget Tomorrow Trilogy to fans of YA dystopian/science fiction romance.

I have loved this series from the beginning, and this was a perfect ending. I liked that we had a change in narrator, in keeping with the first 2 books. Book 1 was from Callie's POV, book 2 from Jessa's, and this third book was from the POV of Olivia Dresden, daughter of the Chairwoman and the only true precognitive in New Eden.

I was happy to see all of the important characters from the first 2 books involved in this final installment -- Callie and Logan, Jessa and Tanner, Mikey and Angela and Ryder, and Callie and Jessa's parents, as well as the Chairwoman and Olivia. It was "fun" to see if and how the future memories of the characters that we'd seen in the first 2 books would play out, and whether or not Olivia's visions of the future would come to pass.

I really liked Olivia, and I enjoyed the story from her perspective. That's one great thing about the trilogy as a whole -- all 3 of the narrators were likable and easy to root for, and I was invested in each girl's story. In this book, we got closer to Olivia, of whom we'd only seen a little in the previous books. You could really feel her pain with respect to her relationship with her mother, who remained as despicable as she had been before. At the same time, we got to learn more about the Chairwoman's past and her motives for all of the awful things she'd done. While I don't think I could've done what she did, we at least got to learn *why* she did these things we see as horrendous, and how she truly believed she was doing the right thing.

I'll leave it at that so as not to give anything away, but I'll end with this: SEIZE TODAY is a great ending to a wonderful series! I'm really glad I read this series, and I can't wait to get to Pintip's 2 standalone books, THE DARKEST PART and GIRL ON THE VERGE, both of which are sitting on my shelf!

Thanks to Entangled Teen for the early review copy. This is my honest rating and review.

In Pintip Dunn's Forget Tomorrow, memories are sent back in time to shape each person's future. After Callie Stone receives a memory that shows her killing her sister, she goes on a mission to discover not only why she would commit such a horrible act, but to stop an even worse crime from happening. Remember Yesterday follows Callie's sister Jessa ten years later in her determination to reunite her family and resolve some of the complications that occurred in the earlier book.

Seize Today is the third and final installment in the series and takes place six months on from Remember Yesterday. This time it is Olivia's turn to be in the spotlight. She is the daughter of the tyrannical Chairwoman Dresden, who is the nemesis of the Underground - those seeking to change the future for the better. I was excited to get more of an insight into Olivia's personality, history and thoughts about the sequence of events that transpired in the previous novels. I enjoyed being reunited with characters I already knew and was intrigued to find out what had happened to them.

This book provides a deeper understanding of the difficult and complicated relationship between Olivia and the chairwoman. Olivia craves love above everything else, but thinks she is somehow undeserving of it. Her only affection comes from her mother in an alternative vision of her life. In reality, Chairwoman Dresden is both physically and emotionally abusive toward her. However, Olivia views a future where her mother is kind, so she believes she might not be a complete monster. She sees better versions of the future that come from paths her mother could have picked, but chose not to. Most fascinating was to see there might be another side to the chairwoman.

Olivia reveals strength as she rises above her insecurities. Being a precognitive, she sees the many different paths each individual's future could take, including potential tragedies she is unable to change. Her love interest, Ryder offers a genuine connection that she was never able to have before. He is also a mystery to her. Their dynamic is intense and strained even more by the future memory he has of killing her.

The story itself is thrilling with the action, suspense and dangerous scenarios I've come to expect from this author. Seize Today brings the marvellous and breathtaking Forget Tomorrow trilogy to its satisfying conclusion. As with the previous books, it stresses that the path you choose will influence the person you become in the future. It is riveting and emotional, with plenty of new surprises. Dunn has invented an imaginative, exciting world filled with inspiring characters I've come to care about.

Seize Today was super fun and such a good YA read. What I didn't know when I started was that this was Book 3 in a trilogy - whoops. However, the author did a good job providing background knowledge and I caught up really quickly. Now, I want to read the other two books. This book had a Divergent feel, not in plot, but in style. The characters are witty, strong, and fierce, which I love. In this book, we meet Olivia, a futuristic mind-reader who can instantly see the improbable number of pathways a person has from each moment. What a curse and asset! She teams up with Ryder and they set off on a journey to bring peace to their dystopian world. I was really engaged and flew through this book. I would definitely recommend it to teens who are looking for a new dystopian read.

Seize Today was a nice finish to a trilogy that I've really enjoyed. Each book is told in a different POV, this one by Olivia Dresden, the chairwoman's daughter. Olivia has lived a life in the shadows--isolated and shown very little, if any, affection. She doesn't even know who her father is.

While this is definitely a dystopian series, it also has some sci-fi elements and each book adds a little more of that than it's predecessor.

I started reading and a lot of things weren't really coming back to me so I took a break and re-read the first and last few chapters of each of the first two books, and that helped a lot.

Without detailing the entire plot, I'll just mention that some new obstacles and sci-fi elements were brought into the series, Olivia finally learns more about her own background and how her mother came to be the way she is, and several characters are faced with difficult decisions. Overall, I was satisfied with the ending and will definitely be purchasing a hardcover for my collection.
