For the life of me I couldn't get emotionally involved in this book. Don't get me wrong there were funny moment and I loved when Leo showed up but the rest of it was just ok.

There are books that you read that you fall in love with instantly and this is one of them. As I read this book oh my god did I cry; I was seriously holding my sides, had tear falling down my cheeks crying from laughing so darn hard. There is not one thing I hated about this book from the amazing first awkward meeting between Henley and Jeff until the final page. One of the things that I really thought added to the story was Henley's blunt balls to the wall best friend, showing her what friendship and love is. Thank you NetGalley and BL Berry for allowing me to read the ARC of this awesome book and writing a honest review.

Truly pinkish funny fairytale

Ok, so this one was really easy. Two guys meet on a plane, fall in love in a second and then they're having a baby. It's sweet, super funny, like really laughing and rolling on the floor funny and there's no major drama or bullshit. The book is basically about the struggles of pregnancy, their relationship and how to deal with everything changing.

I really enjoyed reading it, it relaxed me big time and made me laugh so many times.
I gave it 4 stars, just because I usually love a book that keeps me from putting it down. The kind of book you read in one sitting, giving it all my attention. Well, that's not the case with Birthquake, but it's well written and I'm happy I was given the chance to review it. Even if I had not received the ARC, I would have bought it myself, no doubt about it.

Birthquake is amazeballs. One of the best laugh out loud read of the year yet. Be prepared for possible tears from laughing so hard and may cause you pee your pants a little. It's a very fun read. Jeff and Henley are an amazing couple. I seriously loved Tara she is my spirit animal. I love this book. A must read for all the RomCom lovers out there.

I gave this novel 3 stars mostly because of the humor. I understand that this is tagged as humor first before romance, but I would have liked a little more in depth into Jeff and Henley's relationship. I feel like the prologue was such a tease because I wanted to know more about what happened and how they started dating. Chapter one starts and Henley and Jeff are already dating and have been for months. The whole pregnancy thing also wasn't that well developed in my opinion. I felt like Jeff was way too happy that she was pregnant and they were having a baby out of wedlock. Henley was scared sh*tless and Jeff was over the moon. Some things that were unrealistic and bumped down the rating for me. The humor was on spot, it actually had be laughing out loud at some points - just would've liked a little more character development/in-depth on relationships.
