This is 2 stories in 1. The 1st, If Winter Comes by Diana Palmer, is your typical DP theme of a cold/mean spirited H and innocent/virginal h. H in this story is 16 years older then h and has been married before and all sour on women, etc, etc..

Ms. Bravo and the Boss by Christine Rimmer is more of a 4 star read for me. Both H & h are very likable characters with a lot of chemistry. It is well written and very enjoyable for the time period of the past that it was written in.

This book has two stories taking place over the holiday season. Both have been previously released as single books. Both have great characters, strong men and stronger women.

A Match Made Under the Mistletoe features two wonderful stories previously released. "If Winter Comes" by Diana Palmer and "Ms Bravo and the Boss" by Christine Rimmer, both are wonderfully sweet and they are worth another read if you have previously read them, if not, I would recommend you read them and you will love them as much as I did. "If Winter Comes" is the story of a rookie reporter named Carla and Bryan Moreland the Mayor of her city and her love intrest. Bryan has suffered a huge tragedy and now dedicates all his time and effort into helping his city and Carla meets him during a press conference where she makes a huge impression on Bryan. Carla is very sweet and very attracted to Bryan, but he is much older and jaded and has a hard time dealing with Carla's innocence and just as things are developing between Bryan and Carla, a scandal puts Carla in a hard position, she has to follow a lead and maybe ruin the reputation of the man she is falling for, or ignore what she has found and turn a blind eye to the corruption in City Hall . This was such a great story Carla is so sweet, but she has suffered her own share of tragedy and Bryan is so jaded that he can't believe that Carla is as innocent as she appears. I really loved this two characters and the story was full of ups and downs as well as tragedy, but the ending was so sweet!
