What a great story and the love scenes were OH MY GOODNESS hot and steamy!! I read this book in one day because I could just not stop. I can not wait to see what happens in the rest of the series

I liked this book alot, especially since I am not into bdsm it's a eye opener a good read

This is the first book I have read by this author and is the first in The Silken Edge series and what a super start it was.I could not put this book down I just loved Jake/Master Jay and Kristy's story it was great watching her except and admit the things she enjoys and that he was prepared to compromise as well.It was a nice change seeing it from the subs point of view.
A really great sexy read that you will not want to put down I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.If you enjoy a good romance with plenty of kink in it then this one is for you

This book was so good I ended up reading it in one night! 
It was sensual, hot and dramatic, a perfect mix for this genre. Granted, there is not much depth in the story itself, but the main characters are more layered and complex than expected for an erotic novel. I liked how they all had to go out of their comfort zone and test their limits. No one ever said love was an easy ride. I will definitely read the rest of the books in this series!

This was book was particularly well written for a BDSM erotica title. There was decent character development.  I enjoyed this book and read it one sitting.

This book grabs you from the start - no messing around. Kristy has ideas about what's right and what's acceptable in society and this (for me) is about her journey of letting go of those and taking what she wants. Very enjoyable read and can be read as a standalone, if you wanted.

I enjoyed Kristi and Jake’s story.  I loved the BDSM aspect and the fact that age doesn’t matter when it comes to love!

This is book one of the Silken Edge series starting with Jake and Kristy. I absolutely fell in love with those characters and their relationship. From the beginning of the book I was hooked, and didn’t want to place it down. Kristy and Steven decide their relationship has run its course, so Kristy test the waters in the bdsm lifestyle where she meets Master Jay. This is a new Author to me, and there’s no doubt that I’ll be reading more of her work.

Krist is single after a long term, unfulfilling relationship. She led a sheltered life until her friend introduces her to the BDSM world. Overall the book was enjoyable, but I didn't always feel the chemistry between Kristi and Jake outside of the club.

An interesting read, and one that made you wonder what would happen next between the characters. Would definitely recommend to others & am intrigued to see what happens in the next book after that teaser chapter at the end of this one

Talk 50 shades in reverse here, she’s no virgin but boy is she a virgin to him.  The H loved teaching the h all about BDSM and the reversal of roles was so much fun to read.
Loved the book, will definitely read the next one about Jonathan and Roxy.

This book was so darn sexy. I loved this book, every part of it. The insane attraction between Jake and Kristy made this book such an intense read. The BDSM scenes in this book were so well written it draws the reader into every page. The relationship they both want might not be one that they can have together, but will they realize they can work every thing out and be together? Great erotic read.

I think Laci Paige had some good ideas.  I was excited that the heroine was 39.  However I didn't like that she was paired up with a 25 year old.  I never really felt the chemistry between them.  Too, her resolution with her breakup with her current boyfriend just didn't feel believable.  Especially a few of the scenes after she's had her first BDSM experience.

The story was very light BDSM and the sensation play was a nice addition.

This story was cute and had it's erotic moments. It could have had more bdsm in it. But all in all it was a good read.

Kristy is an older woman who was raised conservatively, her long time bf has just broken up with her. Her best friend is into BDSM. She is attracted to her much younger trainer. These 2 people not only have to figure out how to over come their different sexual preferences, but also she has to see if she could live with such a big age difference yo be together. There are sex scenes, BDSM sex scenes, but there is also an actual story line too
