Truthfully, I found this book rather vanilla. I think with books on self-responsibility (and this one on creating it in organisations) you need to read something that resonates with you first. I prefer the harder hitting titles from Larry Winget and others like him. For others, this may be just the ticket. I also think the title sends the wrong message. What stuff? What plane? I don't think I'll finish this one.
