I am very sadden to see that this is the last Kavanagh book, at least for a long while, fingers crossed for more in the far future. This book gave me all the feels. I have been with this series since the very beginning, Loveswept sending me an advanced copy of the first book, Breaking A Legend, Rory and Clare's story. Since then, I have read an early copy of each book and loved them all equally but in different ways.

Each brother is different, even the twins. But reading about all of them in one book, I wished for so much more. I wish it was more than just a novella. I loved reading on how far these characters had come. They've all grown so much since their own books.

I loved it but am wicked sad that this loving, big, Irish family has to come to a close. I recommend that you read the first books in their proper order before reading this because it can and will spoil all the other in this series. They are marketed as series standalones but I would personally read them in order, in caution of spoiling another brothers story. It starts with Rory, the oldest and ends with Quinn, the second to youngest.

Sarah made me cry with this one. I love this entire series! 5 STARS!

Kavanagh Christmas is a great way to end Sarah Robinson's Kavanagh Legends series.

Love that it's a holiday read. There's so much is going on through this books - it's got happiness, joy, surprises, loads of love - as you'd expect with this family, some upset and a little heartache.

We get to see the family grown and how things are going with each of them.

Definitely make sure you've read the rest of the series before picking this one up.

4.5*

Oh. My. Please, someone hold me up before I collapse and fall into the abyss!! Kavanagh Legends are over!!! *loudly ugly crying*

Kavanagh Christmas is the finale of this epic and most definitely favorite series whose stars were the swooning, panties-destroyers Kavanagh brothers. If you don’t believe me, all you have to do is start it and if you haven’t become addicted, then something’s wrong with you! Just kidding. Not. :p In this short book, the whole Kavanagh clan is gathered to celebrate Christmas. From Dee and Seamus to Rory, Clare, Kieran, Fiona, Kane, Nora, Jimmy, Sophie, Quinn and Kiera to all their Kavanagh heirs. And when they all gathered together, it’s sure that you are going to get a whiplash of emotions. There is not even the need to argue. It’s a fact.

And damn if I wasn’t breaking down bit by bit by the time I finished it. Honestly, don’t let the size of it fool you. Such a short book had my whole emotional defense destroyed and surrendered in seconds. But then again, when it comes to The Kavanaghs, all they need is only just a few pages to sweetly break you and make you theirs forever and ever. Chapter after chapter, I was gathering happy moments, steamy moments (Phew! These Kavanagh men know how to have me in knots!), heart-wrecking moments (s. Murphy, Seamus) and in general… MOMENTS!!! And then that Epilogue comes and I am left destroyed while crying happy tears. If that doesn’t make you want to start the “Kavanagh Experience” right away, I don’t know what can.

All my all-time-favorites couples in one story. How more delicious can it get? Just hearing about all of them again after all this time, had my heart beating faster and faster with the excitement of the reunion. An excitement that I would never change for nothing on this world and one that 200000000% certainty I will miss so damn much! There is nothing worse for a book lover like me to realize that one of your favorites series, on which you surrendered your heart, has reached its finale. But all these Kavanaghs will in eternity own to its core a big part of my heart.

PS: I AM ALREADY PRAYING FOR MORE OR SPIN OFFS!!!

Kavanagh Christmas is the newest but shortest addition to the stories of the Kavanagh family. It's like an epilogue to all the stories, but it is bittersweet to me. Most parts of the story made me happy and I loved reading how some of the couples I adored moved on with their lives and how far they have come. Two particular storylines had me shedding some tears, but in end they made the book more realistic and I loved it even more. I hope the author will consider writing a series about the story of all the Kavanagh children. I would definitely read the series. I am not going to say anything else because the book is short and I could spoil you half the book. I think this book can be read as stand alone, but I wouldn't recommend it. You will get a lot more feelings if you have read the previous books first.

4.5 Stars

If you love the Kavanagh Legends series, look no further than Kavanagh Legends!

It's always bittersweet when a much loved series comes to an end, but this novella is a fabulous conclusion to the series, giving us an epilogue for all the couples and their families, set around the festive season. Kavanagh Christmas is told from multiple points of view of the members of this large, loud, loving, rambunctious family.

It's a beautiful and emotional conclusion with love, loss, sadness and joy.

I look forward to seeing where Sarah Robinson will take us next!

Well I have been putting off writing this review for 3 days now. I have been trying to decide how to rate a book that had me all over the place with my emotions. I have loved the Kavanagh's since book one. All four of the books before this one and the novella got a 4 or 5 star from me. I was so looking forward to this book. I figured it would be a little cute Christmas novella that would make the way for Jimmy or Casey's book, but nope. I was so disappointed to read at the start of this book that this would be the last book of the series. That this book takes place years after the last book and would touch on the whole family and then wrap up the series. I was really looking forward to Jimmy's book and Casey's. So I started this book on a bit of a sour note knowing I wouldn't be getting two books I was looking forward to. A couple pages into the book and I was back into my happy little Kavanah world enjoying this big loud Irish family. I settled in for a nice sweet holiday story but instead I got some sweet with a lot of tears and heartbreak. Why Sarah Why???? I love Sarah's writing style and her yummy heroes but I couldn't handle all the sadness this book gave me. First off it felt like one long depressing epilogue. As this book starts years after Quinn's and then covers 12 years into the future. Though there was good stuff in this read like sexy time with my favorite couples, New babies, and new relationships(Casey and Jimmy)the heart break overshadowed all my happy feels.
This was suppose to be a happy Christmas read I didn't want to read that Rory and Clare six year old son gets cancer and has to battle cancer for many years having to suffer pain and life long health issues from the chemo. Nor did I want to read about Seamus and Dee dying. OMG they are the heart of the family. I cried like for real I fucking cried. I have fell in love with big gruff Seamus and super mom Dee. They have been a big part of every single book in the series they can't die. They have to live forever and live HEA! Now because I did enjoy about half of the book I gave it 3 stars. But to be honest I felt sad and disappointed after I finished it and I really wished I hadn't read it in the first place so Dee and Seamus would still be alive in my head. Don't take my silly over emotional opinions on this book. I am definitely the minority in my rating and feelings since all my friends loved it.

This is a GREAT catch up w/ the Kavanagh's! We get to see each couple, where they are, what's going on w/ them, and they all come together to support some of the not-so-happy things going on. Because that's life, and that's family. Everyone still has their HEA's (no worries)! I especially love how the Epilogue is framed. Good story!! : )

I absolutely LOVED this! I loved seeing where all the Kavanaugh’s were in life & where they ended up!

I have been a fan of the Kavanagh clan since I read the very first book in the series. I have witnessed pain and joy with this special family, and it’s hard to say good-bye to them. However, Sarah Robinson gave them the perfect farewell!
The book is full of all the emotion, steam, and romance just like the all the other books in the series. It was wonderful catching up with them, and I loved that the chapters were told in alternating POVs. I was especially a fan of Dee’s, the matriarch. I got an inside look into her love for Seamus, and the devotion this couple has shared for forty years….now, that’s a real love story!
As with any big family, there is tension, but as one family member faces the fight for their life, the Kavanagh clan does what it always does…they come together to support one another.

The Kavanagh Legend series is one of my all-time favorites! I hate to say good-bye to them, but I LOVED the epilogue. It was heart-warming and beautiful just like the Kavanagh family itself. If you haven’t met them, you really need too. I guarantee you will fall in love with them just like I did!

This is not a standalone book, you must read the previous books as there are a lot of spoilers and you would get a bit lost as there is a lot happening. I absolutely Flippin loved this book, I read it in one sitting, I was hooked from the first page and spat out at the end! This was a heart warming read, we get to catch up with the whole Kavanagh clan and see how they are doing. There are some new relationships, it’s a shame we won’t get their stories but it was nice to see them settled down. There’s a few surprises in store and lots of drama. I laughed and cried while reading this, the reader really is taken on a roller coaster of emotions. The epilogue was perfect! Full of feels and the perfect ending to this amazing series.

I felt quite emotional when reading this book, it’s the end of an era I’m going to miss these guys so much.

Sarah gives us such a fitting end to this series, all the couples are back and I loved dropping into their lives now.

As always the book is well written and I can’t wary to see read what the author does next.

OK, I cannot tell a lie. I did not read the first four books of this series. Yes, I know, spoilers and all that. In my opinion this is a good thing regarding my review. I am going into this book totally blind, no preconceived perceptions of the book. This is the first book I am reading by Sarah Robinson, and let me tell you I am VERY MUCH blown away by the depths of her story. Kavanaugh Christmas is an EXTREMELY emotional read. There are many times that Ms. Robinson brought me to tears of anguish and happiness. One of my all-time favorite parts the graduation…. I cried like a freaking baby!!! Sorry, no spoilers. I fell in love with every single character in this book, so much so I WILL go back and read the first four books to find out how this wonderful series started.
I was gifted with a copy of this FREAKING FABULOUS STORY from the publisher via NetGalley.
Thank you for reading my review.

WHAT.AN.ENDING! Even though I shed some sad tears, this was a beautiful end to a fantastic series. Not only do we get to catch up with the entire family in this holiday novella, the author went even farther with adding an extended summary of where the family is in the future. I’m sad to be saying goodbye to the Kavanagh clan but they got the farewell they deserved.

KAVANAGH CHRISTMAS is the fifth and final instalment in Sarah Robinson’s contemporary adult KAVANAGH LEGENDS romance series focusing on the Kavanagh family of MMA fame.

Told from several third person points of view KAVANAGH CHRISTMAS is a novella that follows the Kavanagh family as they prepare for the Christmas holidays. Seamus and Dee Kavanagh have finished raising three healthy boys, and a foster daughter, who have grown into successful men and woman with families of their own but life isn’t always easy as each son will continue to fight a personal battle-together and alone.

Sarah Robinson wraps up the Kavanagh Legends with a look at the individual families: their struggles; their successes; their dreams; their futures and their losses. An epilogue will fast forward the series twelve years; the author will wrap up the character development with a look at ‘where are they now?’. KAVANAGH CHRISTMAS ends at 51% in the ebook ; the author adds a short story/excerpt focusing on Rory and Clare set between Becoming a Legend (Book 3) and Chasing a Legend (Book 4), as well as a look at her latest release NUDES.

KAVANAGH CHRISTMAS is an emotional read, not only because it is the last in the series, but the author doesn’t hold back on the heartbreak, pain and potential grief of a family who has battled, lost and won, and who must continue to battle, once again. The premise is impassioned and dramatic; the characters are familiar, animated and energetic. A dramatic, reflective and intimate look at a close-knit Irish family.

With Christmas fast approaching none of the Kavanagh family the spirit and joy of the holidays, however, fate has a certain way of bring everybody back to reality in what is the most important. This is the conclusion of the Kavanagh stories, and I love this series, and this is a very fitting end. This story is sweet, sexy, emotional, and heartfelt. I highly recommend this authors’ work for all readers, and look forward to reading more from her!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book!

Christmas is that time of year where family gathers and hearts are filled with love. In the Kavanagh family that is multiplied by 1000. The unity built into the family by Dee and Seamus is one of an unbreakable bond and happiness. A love that fills the pages of this amazing and loving book that will bring tears of both joy and sadness to your heart and eyes. Reading how they brothers and Casey have grown into their own families and struggles is what a great holiday story should be about, add in a dusting of lust and passion, and you have one steaming holiday read to keep you warmer than any fire ever could.

A Kavanagh Christmas is a sweet, sexy, heartbreaking, heartfelt look at the relationships and family that make up the Kavanagh Legends series. Sarah Robinson took the holiday and used it as a way to bring everyone together giving the reader a beautiful closing to the series.

Sarah has all of the brothers with their wives, children, and significant others meeting up again under their mother, Dee's roof to celebrate the holidays. Not everything is happily ever after for them, but it is very real and very emotional. There are those questioning where they are in life, relationships in flux, babies on the way and babies under foot. Ms. Robinson did not skimp on the little details that will pull at your heart strings and you definitely should have tissues handy. Also included is a wonderful short story about Rory and Claire.

The perfect way to wrap up a series.

Sarah Robinson brings back the crazy, lovable Kavanagh family for one more novella with Kavanagh Christmas and it definitely doesn’t disappoint. Told from multiple points of view, readers get to enjoy another look at Rory and Clare, Kieran and Fiona, Kane and Nora, Quinn and Kiera, and the rest of the crew settled into their happily ever afters. In true Kavanagh fashion, this novella isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Unafraid to get real and raw, Sarah Robinson hits readers with some tough stuff that had me experiencing the entire spectrum of emotions. I laughed. I cried. I swooned. And I fell in love all over again with each unique and enigmatic couple.

Kavanagh Christmas was the perfect balance of angst, humor, and unconditional love. The chemistry between the couples was as obvious as ever while their connections seemed somehow deeper, fortified by their history and shared trials. Sarah Robinson’s writing absolutely captivated and I found myself simultaneously devouring this novella and wishing it would never end. I loved getting a glimpse at the next generation, falling in love with the Kavanaghs as parents (and grandparents). My heart was shredded, pieced together, and left to soar with this final piece of the series. Sarah Robinson knows how to leave readers utterly satisfied and Kavanagh Christmas did just that!

If you are looking for a book to read from Sarah, I would recommend Nudes ...that was my fave from her so far. I was lucky enough 2 get the chance 2 check this beauty out, love a great Christmas read, I see so many folks that say you need 2 read the other books in the series before this book #5. Well done, if you are a fan of Sarah, love Christmas, love the Kavanagh series ...u need 2 check this read out! ( ;

I did not want this series to end I fell in love with the Kavanagh family in Breaking a Legend. I looked forward to every single book in this series. Kavanagh Christmas was bitter sweet for me. I wanted to read this but I also did not want to say goodbye. And let me tell you something I was a mess reading this, there were moments I had to put my kindle down and just give myself a minute and clear my vision of the tears. Sarah Robinson definitely did not disappoint and though I cried a lot her words brought us the proper closure and the best ending for this story. Absolutely a must read series. One of my faves this family will forever live in my heart.
