Second chance romances are my favorite. Being told someone loves you can be scary, but when Will leaves things unanswered Tori decides she's unworthy of love. Young men just aren't emotionally ready but Tori has her own truckload of baggage to work around. I can understand why their story needed to move slowly but it tried my patience many times. The tug and pull of emotions, teasing, arguing and pokes broke down to a teenage relationship sometimes. I hadn't read the other books for Brandon or Sam but I didn't need to to follow along. If you enjoy guys with a past who finally matured around thirty, with a beard, then dig in. I received my copy from Netgalley and wrote my review voluntarily.

For me, this book was entirely too focused on anxiety and fears. I enjoyed the other books in this series but was sadly just couldn’t feel emotionally involved with the characters of Tory and Will. Especially did not understand the quick shift of uncommitted Will into open honesty Will. Also couldn’t see why Tory had to keep torturing herself or why Will found that so endearing.

I have mixed feeling about the latest book in the Mile High Romance series. I have enjoyed the previous books in this series but this one , just didn’t engage me.
Will Evan and Tory Appleby were best friends years ago and along with Sam and Brandon, the four of them had visions of a business offering adventure guided tours in Gracely.
When Tory declared she loved Will, the friendship disintegrated and Tory disappeared. Now she is in Gracely as the new guide of the business they had all envisioned. Feelings are all over the place during most of the story. Too much angst, and emotional rollercoaster leaves you exhausted and you just want them to hurry up and solve their problems .
For this, I am giving it a 3 star.

A perfect continuation of the series. I always like the characters and location Helm uses.

I never thought, I would criticise a book for being too angst-filled, but this one is packed to the brim with indecisions and emotional ping-ponging between the protagonists that just take the melodramatics to another level. The constant alternating Take A Chance on Me stance versus the I'm Outta Here Because I Don't Deserve You stance by both got a bit tiresome after the 5th role switch. I don't get the heroine's need to torture herself by insisting on psycho-analysing the past with the hero. I don't get his animosity towards her, when he was the one who stomped all over her heart years ago. I don't get a lot of their actions. I guess, all this confusion shows that they were both quite muddled up and took a while to untangle their thoughts. On a positive note, the prose is quite good. I would certainly check out the author's other books, because she definitely can write.

In “Want You More”, Nicole Helm’s troubled and conflicted characters involve the reader in their inner turmoil . The easy going and superficial brother – Will – proves that he has layers, complexity and lots of baggage too, just like the heroine, Tori.
Tori is not the average heroine – tall, thin, beautiful – and she’s a great realistic character. “Tall and broad and bearded and gorgeous” Will isn’t the shallow person he seems to be.
These Mile High romances brought us marvelous characters seeking redemption and trying to bring the dying town of Gracely to life.
There’s a special kind of integrity in Helm’s characters that I love and these men and women so afraid of love and connecting are wonderful to read. I felt that sometimes the talking about feelings was a bit artificial, although I prefer communication rather than the lack of it.

Want You More is a contemporary romance by Nicole Helm, and it's the third book in A Mile High Romance series.

Mile High Adventures is run by Will Evans, along with his twin brother and their best friend, in Gracely, Colorado, which was once a booming mining town. Primarily due to the downfall of Evans Mining Corporation, the town of Gracely is falling apart and most of townspeople blame the Evans brothers. Their business is growing with his sister-in-law and half-sister both working for the company. Now, another friend (who should have been their business partner) is back and working for Mile High Adventures.

Due to his divorce and heartbreak from his former wife's actions, Will is struggling to manage his life, especially when Tori Appleby returns after seven years away. After professing her love to Will and his harsh rejection and immediately following marriage, Tori moved away and abandoned all connections to her friends, especially Will. As the current story unfolds, Will and Tori have to manage their work relationship and business drama, family issues and complications, and second chances.

Even though this book may be read as a standalone, it's ideal to start with the first two books in the series: Need You Now and Mess with Me.

Want You More is geared towards those who enjoy reading modern second-chance romances.

I received an ARC from Netgalley. At first I had a hard time getting into this book and that probably had something to do with not reading the books leading up to this one. My first impression was who are all these people and trying to keep them straight. I do have to say though it turned into a beautiful love story of second chances between Will and Tori. It probably would have been more heart wrenching if Courtney would have made a small appearance trying to get back with Will but I did enjoy the story as it was written as well. A HEA ending for sure. 3 1/2 stars

i DNF at 25%. i just could not handle the glacial pace. there was so much mystery about what happened between the two of them so it was hard to figure out why they were so awful to each other. the hero was such a stubborn fool not wanting to talk about anything. i love the concept of this book (outdoor adventure company) but the angst was just too much for me to handle.

Will and Tori's story is the third in the series. Not my favorite, but still enjoyable. A lot of anger and hurt feelings, and a lot of issues they both need to overcome. Got a little run-on at times though, and cost a star for that reason. Wish there would have been more with the dog, but that was fine. Nice to see the other characters, and see the progress their relationships are doing. Not sure about the next book in the series, but would be nice to see Cora with a nice guy. Maybe a nice stepbrother cop???? Fun series, and highly recommend this book and author.

I always think it's funny when someone tells another that they love them, but the other rejects them. Then sometime later they realize that they do love them too so they try to make them rekindle their old feelings right now. That's pretty much Tori and Will's predicament. Want You More, is a great second chance romance with the added bonus of the great outdoors.
