I really enjoyed this book, lots of life affirming information, which will set you free.  Highly recommend it

I just discovered that I have an issue with reading the synopsis for books, I usually don't, especially when am requesting for books on netgalley. I went into this book pretty much blind and it wasn't a terrible read.

This was such an emotional and eye opening book. The author writes of her experiences and what it felt like becoming a widow. I haven't been married or a widow but I can tell that it must have been really hard. 

”And it's from the old I travel to new, How did I start on this journey?”

It takes a lot of courage to write down ones experiences with things such as this. I recommend this book to people looking for encouragement and solitude after losing their significant other. 
Reading about someone else's experience would help them to know they're not alone.
