Love Narwhal and Jelly! Even better than the first and second one. This is the best friendship ever.

In the third installment of this beloved series, Narwhal and Jelly have a new dilemma.
Narwhal can't contain his excitement for peanut butter and decides he must reflect his passion for it by literally changing his name to just that. In fact, the book cover visually reflects that crossing out in the title, which is certain to delight young readers.
There's always a lesson to be learned through these stories. The author masterfully conveys that message cloaked in humor. This is a wonderful series. It is especially obvious when my younger readers constantly ask for the release date of the next one.

I love all of the Narwhal and Jelly books. This doesn’t disappoint fans of the series and hopefully the title will draw new fans. Great series for introducing young readers to graphic novels.

Jelly finally convinces Narwhal to try a taste of peanut butter cookie, and ends up on an out of control peanut butter eating binge.
Like the other books in this series, there is plenty of humour, sweetness and even some scientific facts.
I adore the puns on the back cover!

Another hilarious collection of my favorite cartoon duo. Recommended for all children's graphic novel collections, and highly recommended as a readaloud.

Ben Clanton has a knack for silly humour that leaves you thinking, and it charms me every time. I've already recommended these to a grade 2 teacher friend, and I can't wait to share them with my niece and nephew when they're a bit older. If you can, catch Clanton's interview and reading on The Children's Book Podcast! Thank you to Tundra Books and NetGalley for a free review copy.

Perhaps the strangest of the Narwhal and Jelly stories but no less fun for its strangeness. A cute if relatively mindless book.

What a fun comic for 2nd grade students to read. It is very engaging. This is the third book in the Narwhal and Jelly Series, Narwhal wants to change his name to Peanut Butter and this story is all about why. The illustrations are adorable. The story is definitely fun, and will get your child reading. I highlly recommend this series for 6 year olds, plus...especially if you are having trouble getting them opening a book.

A cute story of Narwhal and Jelly talking about food. Narwhal goes all in with his love of peanut butter (once he gives up his waffle obsession and tries it) with wacky results. This feels like a mash up of a Ballet Cat-like story with the chapter closing transitions of a Stink Moody book. Cute.

Another charming addition to the Narwhal and Jelly Series. Narwhal discovers that there is more than just waffles and falls in love with peanut butter. The two get up to their regular shenanigans, including eating all the peanut butter in the world to changing names. The illustrations are very cute and simple enough that this would be a great introduction to graphic novels.

My students love the Narwhal and Jelly series and I know they're going to love this newest addition! Narwhal is a happy and playful as ever, and his good friend Jelly was not expecting him to take peanut butter so far. Also there's a bit where Narwhal says he used to be called Fred and it reminds me of a joke from a Tom Baker episode of Doctor Who and makes me happy.

“Peanut Butter and Jelly” was delightful. I never knew that a storyline about peanut butter could be so fun and silly.

The cuteness!! The adorableness!! The sillyness! I can't get enough of Narwhal and Jelly. They are so cute and lovable! Narwhal has some strange eating habits, so Jelly tries to help him broaden his culinary comfort zone with hilarious results.

Each little comic is so delightfully funny! I laughed my head off, and smiled and chuckled with glee. I love the simple yet striking illustrations, and the bright colors. I love the sweetly imaginative dialogue and storylines.

I can imagine reading this aloud to a child and having so much fun together!

The illustrations in this book are still as adorable as ever but I didn't find it as endearing as the previous volumes. It's a silly read, which I like, but it also seemed uninspired and insubstantial.

Five stars for another wonderful addition to the Narwhal & Jelly series. Like the previous two books in the series, 'Peanut Butter and Jelly' is sweet, funny, and entertaining, and also includes some some facts as well. It is perfect for younger readers who are ready for something a bit more challenging than a picture book, but not quite ready to tackle a chapter book. I read it with some first graders, and it was a hit.

I will be ordering this for our library very soon, and recommending it to our students.
