There is so much period shaming in our culture that this book should be a must read for adolescent females. It also offered some interesting perspectives that made me check my privilege.

This is a great book to give to anyone who wants to get more insight into what periods can really be like for people that have one. The wide variety of stories in the book just go to show how everyone's experience is different, which is something that should be taught to everyone who experiences this. Definitely recommended.
