3 stars.

I was very impressed with this from page one. The graphics are amazing and just that first page made me think this was going to be very good. On one hand, yes. Yes it was good. There was actually a decent story going on and it made you want to keep reading. On the other hand, I was a bit confused. Luckily some of that confusion was cleared up once I got to chapter 4, the final chapter, but I still felt that we were thrown into this story and are ment to know what's going on and who is who etc. I can't say too much without spoilers so I won't. But, I still did like it. The story idea was pretty brilliant and I love the paranormal side to this. It is quite violent though. Probably not more than any other graphic novel or comic that also has violence but I feel that I needed to add that in.

At the end, there are extra bonus material pages filled with more artwork. I spent time taking it all in as it was so good. I think maybe if we are given a bit more of an outline of the story before really going into it, would help alot. I know that there is a forward and an introduction but they don't go into this story unfortunately. If I hadn't had gotten so confused with parts this would easily have been 4 stars.
