I personally wouldn't read this book. I couldn't get past the layout. I didn't like that the book didnt have a table of contents on the kindle version.

I read this really quickly, I think it kind of demands it. I'm not sure "enjoyed" is the correct word for this book, but it definitely left an impression. I would recommend this to my students.
