I got this book to see if it would give me some nice happiness hints, tips, or tricks. It gave me a few but to be honest I struggled to read the book. It wasn't that it was interesting or didn't give good tips I just found it to be boring & a bit mind numbing.

There are a few tips that I am gonna try out but I can't really say to read this book unless you choose to. It was well written & informative. Just not something I should have read.

This is a non-fiction book, so I am quite honestly not a reader of non-fiction so my review is not as in depth as it would be for a fiction book. I rarely read non-fiction so I apologize for the lack of depth to my review.

The author started the book by setting the reader’s expectations of this book amidst the plethora of books on happiness books out there, but it turned out to be a an enjoyable and refreshing read. The book is very well organised and laid out, giving you actionable and tips, followed by a summary of the supporting research. Many of the tips seem like common sense - good advice should resonate. It is good to be reminded of the important things in life from time to time, in an enjoyable manner.

This book is full of practical steps to take to help make yourself happier. Research studies back up the suggestions, but this is a very easy read.
