A big thank you to NetGalley and St Martin's Press for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. First time reading this author. I truly got a kick out of this book. I can in no way imagine myself in these situations, but it seemed plausible. I liked the main characters, the brother not so much. Kept me guessing, and laughing. I think most romance readers will like this book. It does have some explicit sex. I rate it a 4.5.

Whenever I open up a Shacking Up book by Helena Hunting I'm looking forward to her charismatic characters, her funny and heartwarming plots, and the sizzling and hot chemistry between the main characters.

I FLIPPING LOVE YOU had all of the above.

It was a sweet and easy romance, with a sexy side that kept me flipping pages. I loved the feel good feel of the story. Especially the main couple, Pierce and Rian (with an i) impressed me with their mature and grounded personalities. They were the heart and soul of the book and they carried the responsibility well.

HH did a fabulous job of making me fall in love with Pierce and Rian. They were drama free, handled sticky events with grace and open mindedness. No rash actions from either one. I can say that I FLIPPING LOVE YOU was a delight from beginning to end. Its my favorite SHACKING UP novel so far, and all thanks to the main couple.

Whenever Pierce and Rian where together the air sizzled and they had a hard time keeping their fingers of each other. But besides the sexy times, the couple really put effort into making their relationship work. I adored that most of all. Both equally thought before they acted, it was honestly refreshing and utterly satisfying. I would have loved to read a bit more about the flipping and remodeling aspect of the plot, but besides that it was a wonderful romance that I can only recommend.

If you love HH's writing, and you love a good romance that makes you feel good  - you MUST give I FLIPPING LOVE YOU a try. It was sweet, passionate, sexy, but also heartwarming and touching. A perfect light-hearted, quick and easy romance for a Saturday afternoon.

I fell in love with Helena Hunting when I read “The Pucked” series. The story of Pierce and Rian is the perfect story. Humor, laugh out loud situations and whit. Sadness and happiness. Characters are well written and in-depth so you feel you know and really like them. Rian has an identical twin, Marley. Girls were left on their own at age 18 by criminal parents who left the girls to deal with the mess they left behind. Pierce is a patent lawyer who messed up a deal concerning his fathers company and is taking the summer off at his fathers insistence as punishment for the deed. The girls and Pierce along with his brother, Lawson, all end up living in the Hamptons, buying and flipping houses. HEA and highly recommend this book.

I Flipping Love You is kind of like cotton candy for me. It's sweet but unsubstantial. Mostly though, it's completely predictable. I liked the characters, the story was nice, but there was nothing that particularly set it apart from any other book in this genre.

The beginning seemed excessively wordy to me, and then either I got used to the author's style or she relaxed into telling her story. It did get better though. However, I was put off by several word choices that made the characters seem extremely immature. Somehow words like "superfun" and "peen" sort of jarred me right out of the story.

Anyway, I have liked this author's work in the past better than this. I'll give this one 3.5 stars and hope the next one is more substantial.

I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

A complete and utter feel good romantic comedy following Rian Sutter and Pierce Whitfield (brother of Amalie in book 2 of the Shacking Up series). I loved how they got to know each other, thanks to Rian’s twin sister, and from that very first meeting Ryan was hilarious, I just loved getting into her mindset, I could really relate to her. After they keep bumping into each other at various unrelated places, Rian finally gives in to Pierce’s numerous requests to go out on a date. They are so well matched, but sadly due to the fact they are both holding back parts of themselves things start to get a little complicated. I love Helena Hunting’s writing, her stories are well written with lots of humour, some emotion (I did shed a tear at one point), and lots of sexy time. I do hope there is a book 4 in the pipeline, I can think of at least 2 characters I would love to hear more about. A full five star read that I couldn’t put down. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

I flipping loved it! Pierce and Rian were amazeballs and holy hot pocket what a fantastic read. Their first meeting was so funny. I fell in love right then and knew that this couple would steal my heart. I also admired all of Rian's way around curse words. It was adorable. This story was so fun and witty. The banter between the Pierce and Rian was just icing on top of the cake. It was also refreshing seeing Amalie again. Hunting wrote an amazing love story that was so unique and fresh.
I have so many highlighted quotes. My favorite.."Even your muscles have muscles. It's like the big ones are having sex with each other and making new little ones under there." I about died from the laughter!
A completely different twist to the world of house flipping, buying and selling.

Thanks to netgalley for the opportunity!

I was kindly sent an ARC copy of this book from St. Martin's press. I read book 1 in this series late last year and it was lots of fun. However, I was a little concerned that I'd be missing something in this book because I haven't read book 2.

Luckily, this book can be read as a standalone and at no point did I feel as though I'd 'missed-out' on anything by not reading the previous book.

This author has a really snappy, fun writing style. The pace is great and at no point did I feel bored or want to stop reading.

Once I got past the first chapter (which I struggled with a little as I didn't initially take to Rian), things definitely took a turn for the better. The introduction of Marley really made things much better for me, she's funny, witty and feisty and so is Rian as the book moves on, particularly during her interactions with Pierce who really brings out the best in her.

Pierce is crazy hot, and there's plenty of chemistry between him and Rian. What I really enjoyed about this book was that some of the 'dirtier' scenes were heavily laden with comedy.

There's a scene featuring Pierce in a very suspect 'outfit' that works brilliantly thanks to a firecracker of an elderly woman and her perfectly dirty humour.

The romance in this novel is not slow-burn, it's hot and heavy and moves really quickly but the pace works really well and I read the novel super quick; in just two short sittings.

It was definitely a fun and sexy book that fans of the series will devour. So, if you like your romance heavy, your guys hot, your heroines smart-mouthed and hard-working, and a heavy dose of comedy mixed into the pot, you'll love I Flipping Love You.

HEA Guaranteed!

3.5 fun-loving stars from me!

**I received an early copy of this title compliments of NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review**

Helena Hunting is one of the queens of rom-coms! She has a way of crafting characters and stories that draw you in from the first word and keep you engaged until the final word. Her books make you laugh out loud, they give you all the feels and you just don't want to put them down and I Flipping Love You is no exception!

Rian Sutter is a strong woman. She's been through a lot in her young life and she and her sister Marley have largely relied on one another over the past decade. She's beautiful, she's brilliant, she's fierce and she and Marley are trying to get their Hamptons real estate business off the ground. More than anything, Rian wants to feel stable and settled.

While spending the summer in the Hamptons, Pierce Whitfield is doing what he wants for once in his life. He's away from the City and his lawyer job and he's mowing the lawn, spending time with his brother and his dog and refurbishing houses that the two of them are purchasing as rental properties. The handsome is thinking that his summer will be uncomplicated, but that's likely wishful thinking!

When Rian and Pierce "run into" one another, the chemistry is immediate and off the charts! While they may not see eye to eye, they continue to find themselves in the same places and in one another's orbit. Will these two figure out a way to embrace the undeniable sparks between them or will the real estate they are competing over drive a wedge between them?

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from the second I started reading. I laughed within the first minute and kept right on going as I made my way through the book. I found myself rooting for Rian and Pierce and I hurt when they hurt, laughed when they laughed and I just wanted the best for the both of them. There was just something about this book that I connected with so strongly. It is a fantastic addition to the "Shacking Up" series and even if you haven't read the first two, you can read this one as a standalone without any issues. And you should - it's that good!

This book had it all...fabulous characters, the best combination of spice and sex as well as a storyline that had great romance and laugh out loud comedy. Rian and Pierce are the perfect characters to not only work together but also fall in love. From the fixer upper to the mansion on the hill, I could not put this book down and once again Helena Hunting does not disappoint.

Another winner by Helena Hunting. I have read every book Ms Hunting has ever written. She is my go to author.
Of course this book has all the feels and humor.
Love love loved it!
If I could give it 10 stars I would.
Thanks Netgalley and St Martin's Press for this.

I Flipping loved this book, funny, romantic but above all a great feel good read that left me smiling.
Rian meets Pierce in a supermarket where he accuses her of damaging his highly expensive car and driving away. It was in fact Rians twin that caused all the damage. Rian holds her own during this encounter and puts Pierce in his place though attraction and sparks are flying around them.
This continues to be a laugh out loud tale but not without some serious issues they both have.
A thoroughly enjoyable book that will put a smile on your face.
My thanks to net galley and publisher St Martins paperbacks for the opportunity to review this book.

This book is AMAZING!
It’s my first Helena book and I’m kicking myself for having to admit that!

I’m pretty anti-romance. All the lovey dovey BS is just that to me, BS. I don’t see these relationships as real, and definitely not real for me, so I tend to try and avoid them.

But damnit if Helena doesn’t do it right. This fun, flirty story is a grand time! Honestly, I laughed and had a stupid goofy grin 99% of the story. So good.

One of my favorite aspects of this story is that Pierce is loaded, but it’s not the bases for their love story, and it’s never flaunted.

If I were to believe in a live story, or hope for one of my own, this would be it... hands down!

I Flipping Love You was an easy, quick fun read. Pierce and Rian had amazing chemistry throughout the book. I did find myself kind of skimming through the book after a while as I felt like maybe there wasn't enough action/drama. I have enjoyed all of Helena Hunting's books and usually enjoy her writing style, but this book left me wanting something a little more I think. It was engaging and an enjoyable read, but not my favorite of hers.

➳Who said one cannot mix business with pleasure? Because Helena Hunting knows how to bring the comedic, extra spicy, and sexy romances that one always looks for to be swooned over…

➳When it comes down to rom-com novels, Helena Hunting is absolutely the queen of them all! There is no other author out there that can truly master the ideal purpose of making the reader laugh in a romance novel, where erotic scenes can be combined together and be brought to be considered such a steamy masterpiece that you can utterly read over and over again. Rian and Pierce are two individuals that during a “hit-and-run” accident met and the chemistry between them both is one that sparkles like a unicorn’s shiny bottom, and crackles like the fireworks of the fourth of July. Their attraction to me seems like an insta one that is not like the normal smutty insta-love stories I read from AR, but Pierce and Rian definitely has those sizzling feelings that are called lust the moment they meet. Being in the environment where beaches are right around the corner for the summer, Pierce— the brother of Amalie from HOOKING UP—leaves his life in Manhattan to spend the summer relaxing with the company of his brother. That’s when he stumbles upon Rian, thinking that she is someone else due to a past accident that happened to his car, when in reality he got himself confused with Rian’s fraternal twin sister.

➳As both characters quickly learn to realize the truth behind the “hit-and-run,” Pierce and Rian constantly keep meeting in locations that are purely through fate, or like Pierce would like to say through the idea of it being “kismet.” Something that I find rather romantic in every essence. Rian is a strong minded woman, with the pure love of numbers, who wants the best for herself and her sisters. When I mean “the best,” I am not regarding having the best that money can buy, but simply have a stable life that does not include any sort of financial struggle. When she meets Pierce, nothing changes, things do indeed fall more into place when the coincidence of working next to him as a client becomes a puzzling dilemma but also a relief for Rian. Their attraction is one that never diminishes no matter where they are— it could be the beach, a kitchen, a near by restaurant, the outside pool of a horny old lady’s house, or even the laundry room, Rian and Pierce are just the ultimate sex fiends that Helena has written.

➳When feelings are being added to the sexual relationship Pierce and Rian start off with, these two become one of the most complex couples I have ever read. But a realization of what is really going on is what truly brings them together as one to enlighten each other that they are just simply meant to be. Both of complete goofballs, making me wish I were Rian for the taking of being with Pierce;
"We’re having a sleepover. We’re going to do this al night, and I’m going to cuddle you like a motherfucker after finishing sexing every last orgasm out of you…”

➳Overall, this is yet again another romance novel by the Queen Hunting that has mastered anything beyond the rom-com category. I don’t just say this because she is one of my favorite authors of all time, but she just simply never seems to diminish in the charisma aspect, and also the passionate factor when it comes down to romance novels. Thank you so much to SMP for allowing me to take a part in this journey because this series is one that I constantly be going back to for a re-read.

4.5 Laugh out Loud, Stars!!

I Flipping Love You is a sexy and fun read. From the moment I picked it up, I was 100% hooked. I could not put it down. The meet cute between Rian and Pierce had me laughing so much. Who knew that a case of mistaken identity would take you on one of the best rides. From exciting banter to explosive and insane chemistry, I just couldn't get enough. The push and pull between Pierce and Rian was one of the most intense that I have experienced. Fate just kept bringing this unlikely pair together and left me begging for more. I mean, these two were the perfect match whether they wanted to admit it or not. The tension was so real, so palpable that I couldn't help but burn through the pages to see how things would turn out between the two of them.

Not only was the chemistry great, but I loved the side characters as well. I would love to see more of Marley and Lawson. They both intrigued me and added some great tension to the overall story. I loved how real both Rian and Pierce were. I found them both easy to connect with and I loved that despite how much money Pierce had, he was never over the top about it. And I loved seeing how far Rian had come. She didn't let her past ruin her.

I Flipping Love You was a fun and laugh out loud romantic comedy. From hilarious banter to embarrassing moments, to moments that made your heart swoon; I Flipping Love You was a total hit for me and I enjoyed every single moment of it.

I received this ARC for an honest review. This book pulled at my emotions. I started this book yesterday and .I could not put it down. It is well written and so GOOD, This book is about Rian & Marley (who are twins), and how they are rebuilding their lives after their parents left them penniless. Rian runs into Pierce at a grocery store when he mistaken Rian for Marley. He wasn't very nice (I am not going to tell you why...you need to read it). Helena Hunting takes us on an emotional journey with Rian & Pierce. I did not want to put this book down. I can't wait for the next book.

I just love Helena’s writing!! She never lets me down. This series is so good, and the characters in these books are funny with a bit of seriousness as well. The first part of this book really made me laugh, the grocery store incident was classic!! And I’m really hoping for a Marley book, she seemed like a spit fire. (And we would get to see some more of Pierce & Rian too!!)
