Rain and her twin sister have been trying to build a name for themselves in the real estate that isn’t over shadowed by their parents sordid past. After a very comical run in at the grocery store with a very sexy and very arrogant man, Rain’s life is about to get a bit more unpredictable. Peirce and his younger brother are also trying to make a name for themselves to separate them from their parents but for completely different reasons than the twins. With a need to make the real estate game financially work for them, Peirce and his brother are out to buy low and sell high no matter what the costs. But throw in two sexy sassy twins and nothing will be the same for them. I love how Helen Hunting can weave words, create complex yet very relatable characters and fill her writing with solid story lines and humor. This one for sure did not disappoint in any of those areas. I loved how entertained I was right from the start and how quickly I was absorbed in Rain and Peirce’s worlds. If you are wanting a fun, light read with romance, humor and a bit of complexity then this is a book you will want to check out. |

I flipping love I Flipping Love You! Helena always does an amazing job creating characters that are well developed, sexy, and fun. If you've never read a book by Helena, you should start now. This book has romance, comedy, love, and it's hot!!! A great summer read. |
A fun summer read with more character depth than I expected. This is definitely a romance with a healthy dose of comedy, but I enjoyed the more serious and heartfelt aspects of the story too. If you have read the earlier books in the series there are some cameos from other characters. This can definitely be read as a standalone, though. |
"I Flipping" LOVED this book! It was a fun, sexy case of "mistaken" identify romp that is also achingly sweet. Even though this is a stand-a-lone, I enjoyed the glimpse into the lives of previous characters. |

I loved the strength and sassy of Rian! and Pierce was a great fit for her. There are some really hilarious scenes and situations that they get themselves into, and out of. It was very easy to get vested in these characters and it go along for the ride. |
Love Helena Hunting’s work and this read is a continuation of her characters steamy chemistry, wit, and charm! Loved ever minute of it! |
I flipping adored this story... these characters! From the very first chapter, I was hooked. The sexual tension between Pierce and Rian had me salivating! "He's all-American handsome with a shot of alpha hotness." Pierce is so much more than meets the eye. On first look, you would think he's your typical "pretentious, rich prick" dressed in Tom Ford suits with perfect hair and a body to die for. But he's not! He's funny, sweet, and just... perfection. "...when I saw her in the cereal aisle and really got a good look at her, I noted how gorgeous she was. The kind of beautiful that numbs your tongue and jacks up your heart rate." Rian is beautiful, smart, and incredibly guarded. She lives with emotional scars created by a past that continues to haunt her. For years, it's been just Rian and her twin sister, Marley, against the world. Rian isn't looking for love. She's looking for a financially secure future for herself and her sister. "Rian is the beginning and the end." When Pierce and Rian meet, sparks fly. The event that brings them together is quite hilarious and had me laughing out loud. The chemistry between them is instant. The angst was off the charts, and I loved it! Their flirty banter and intimate dialogue had me giggling and swooning like a teenage school girl. I could not get enough of these two! I Flipping Love You was a sweet and sexy read. I enjoyed every minute of it! Helena Hunting creates a story with an ideal amount of heat, humor, and heart. I HIGHLY recommend! |

An adorable story of flipping houses and loving rivalries. A definite fun and sexy read, characters with heart and an overall enjoyable and adorable story. Thank you for the opportunity to read this title prior to publication--I just loved it! |
I loved this author when she was writing fan fiction. She’s only gotten better since. I can read her books in one afternoon. I’m always looking forward to what her brilliant mind will come up with next. |
This book was hilarious and sweet all at the same time. I'm a sucker for romances, and although steamy at times, you can feel the love pouring out of this novel. |

I always enjoy Helena Hunting's books--they're fun and funny, and sexy, and have characters I find interesting. I liked Rian a lot, and I liked Pierce too. Her sister and his brother, though, could have used a little more fleshing out. The premise of the story was appealing, and I enjoyed how it unfolded. Nothing felt particularly rushed. The setting was lovely, and I felt like I'd taken a little vacation of my own. This reminded me of Man Card by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby--I like the real estate angle quite a bit. Well worth reading. |
So someone hits Pierce’s car, he finds who he thinks is the girl who did it and it turns out it was her identical twin sister. The making of an awkward story but actually it was fun, easy to read with just the right amount of angst sprinkled in. I loved Rian, her sassy nature, her humour and the way she is when she’s around Pierce was what made this book so good! Pierce was weird at the beginning but I quickly fell in love with him and now I want to keep him for himself! A good story for a newbie to Helena Hunting, for those who are already fans of her books, you’ll love this one! 4 stars |

Rian and Marley Sutter are fraternal twins, but look almost identical. So it's not surprising that they often get mistaken for each other. While in the grocery store, Rian notices a handsome man following her around. She doesn't know if she's being stalked or if he's possibly flirting, until he confronts her with accusations of a hit and run. Rian has no idea what he's talking about, but knows Marley must be behind this. When Marley accosts Pierce with the grocery cart, grabs her sister's hand, and drags her out the store her suspicions are confirmed. Pierce catches up with them and lets Rian know Marley has cost them $2500 in repairs, that they don't have to spend. In order to keep Pierce from calling the police and putting it in through insurance, Rian agrees to pay Pierce and go on a "date" with him. Pierce Whitfield has never wanted for anything, except his father's approval. He became a patent attorney as that is what his father wanted. When he makes a costly mistake, he steps away to take a break until everything is settled. He joins his brother in flipping houses in the Hamptons. Neither wants to work for their father forever. While being a patent attorney affords him a life of luxury, it doesn't make him happy. Working with his hands, does. When he meets Rian, his curiosity is peaked. He's never met anyone like her. She's a hard worker, doesn't have a lot, but is proud. He also knows she's keeping secrets... I have to say this is my first Helena Hunting novel. I LOVED it!!! Two thumbs up! I loved the creepy dolls, the gnomes, Tripod. I loved how Rian and Marley were able to make something out of nothing. Having been abandoned by the people who are supposed to love and care for you, only to leave you with a mountain of their debt, and deceit. It's amazing how well adjusted they were. I loved how protective they are of each other and their dreams. I enjoyed the neon green speedo and cookie baking schemes to gain listings. Most of all, I loved who Pierce became with Rian. I read a gifted copy of this novel and all opinions stated are my own. |
It's no secret that Helena Hunting is a one-click author for me. She either destroys me with her angst, or gives me a stomach cramp with her comedy. You never know what you're going to get with her, and I went into I Flipping Love You with nervous anticipation. And I flipping LOVED it!! Pierce!! One word! That's all you need! Just Pierce. Pierce is a swoon machine. He just might have topped Lance as my favorite HH man of all time. I could end this review right now, and all you would need to know is this is a must read book, all because of PIERCE. But then I wouldn't get to tell you about Rian. Now THAT is how you write a multidimensional female. Rian has so many facets to her personality, I wasn't certain how their story would go. She certainly had her strong moments, but at times I wanted to shake her. She was battling a closet full of skeletons and losing. I loved their instant connection and hilarious banter. Their chemistry, as much as Rian wanted to deny, was blatant to everyone around them. Pierce worked so hard to get in there, and Rian put him through the ringer. But the reader is the real winner. This is the perfect book to curl up with on a summer night, and just lose yourself in. |
This was a fun plot for a romance. Rian's sister drove me a little bit nuts, but Rian and Pierce together were a blast. There was sass, there was chemistry and there was a little bit of drama. Fun to read! |
Here’s how it goes with I Flipping Love You, it was perfectly alright. Rian was a perfectly alright heroine, and Pierce was equally perfectly alright as her hero. Their romance was perfectly alright, and the plot was perfectly alright. I didn’t dislike this read, but I also I wasn’t blown away by this read. It was… well, alright. I smiled, and chuckled, I even maybe got a small lump in my throat once. I just wish I Flipping Love You had more to do with the house flipping and less on the dramatics. While I’m at it, I wish the author had talked less about rock hard abs and giant boobs. Give me more romances built on something more than looks. Give me more romances about normal looking people. Anyway, I know it sounds like I disliked this book, but it was more that I was just pretty blah about it. I had hoped it would be a story that would make me laugh, and fill me with all sorts of happiness, and really I just found the story… perfectly alright. |
A story that opens with a scene in a grocery store at the cereal aisle, with Pierce Whitfield looking at the women he thinks scratched his car last week in the parking lot and took off. Rian Sutter is thinking that he is some kind of cereal stalker when her sister comes in and tells her that they must leave the store now. When Pierce finally gets ahold of Rian he realizes that there are two of them when he notices her twin Marley. Marley admits to hitting the car but says Pierce should accept some of the blame, who would park that expensive of a car in a grocery parking lot. Rian just wants to settle the whole matter, but Pierce wants to spend more time with her. They both come to find out they are after the same thing in buying and flipping homes in the Hampton's. The difference is that Rian and her sister have a secret history and it is tied into the mansion that is going to be coming up for sale, but when she finds out that Pierces brother has inside information she looks at Pierce as someone who she can no longer trust, and now he must come up with some kind of way to show her that he is truly in love with her. A very good story with many funny scenes and very good characters. |
Talk about the perfect beach read! I adored this. It had everything I love in a story. Rian and Pierce had such a fantastic relationship. I loved their verbal sparring, the building sexual tension, and the animosity between the two. It was just so freaking entertaining, I couldn't get enough! I loved that this story is told from dual POVs, I really enjoyed getting to know Rian and Pierce, they had such great voices and internal dialogue. From their very first meeting I was all in. There were so many great things happening that had me laughing out loud and smiling. Pierce's relentless pursuit of Rian was so fun and I loved Rian's internal battle as everything unfolded. I love her opening up and when all the emotion comes into play. I really liked the push and pull to their relationship, it made it fun yet slightly complicated and just entertaining to watch unfold. There was a great cast of characters involved. I love the relationship that Rian had with her sister. How they’ve always been there for each other. The girls were just so strong and really persevered and overcame obstacles in their lives. Pierce's brother was pretty crazy but I liked what he added to the story. I also loved seeing Amalie and Lex from Hooking Up, that was a great addition. I thought this was a really well developed story and had an excellent build. I was excited while reading and couldn't wait for Rian to spill her secrets and for everything to come out. I Flipping Love You was one of those stories that was exactly what I needed. Light and fun with great characters that had me laughing out loud and cheering for an awesome HEA. I loved that simmering sexual tension and that entertaining verbal sparring as Pierce and Rian coming together. This was an absolute joy to read! |

This was a cute/hot light read. I have always enjoyed Ms. Hunting's books...esp the Pucked series. This book does not come close to those Pucked books. Nevertheless, the main characters do have good chemistry and there were moments I had a smile on my face from their back and forth quips. I loved that Pierce is Amalie's brother and we got to see a little peek with Amalie and Lex. Pierce is definitely a good guy....and throughout the book was always steadfast in his interest of Rian. In fact without Rian's paranoid mistrust of Pierce, there really would have been no story. Spunky heroines are so hard to write.....because a lot of times they end up being depicted as spoiled abd self-centered. And there were definitely times that Rian was annoying.....esp when she ran because she worked herself into a frenzy. Although i lost interest at the 30% mark......in the end, I would recommend this book as a fun, light summer read. |
Kerry’s 4 Blush Review I Flipping Love You is a romantic comedy. I absolutely loved Pierce and Rian. I will never look at a dryer the same! These two will have you smiling through their whole story. Rian and her fraternal twin start flipping houses and making a name for themselves in real estate. Rian has built walls and keeps everyone at a distance. But she keeps running into Pierce Whitfield, who happens to be an attorney. Rian takes one look at him, and she knows he’s trouble. Never mix business with pleasure, number one rule. I Flipping Love You is funny and sweet. Ryan and Pierce cracked me up. The chemistry is off the charts. I enjoyed the storyline and characters. I haven’t read a Helena Hunting book I didn’t like and I’m looking forward to seeing Rian’s twin get a book. She definitely has a story to tell. Louisa’s 4 Blush Review My first Helena Hunting book and I think I chose well! When Rian and Pierce first meet I wanted to punch him in the face, kinda like Rian did. He was a bit too overwhelming for me, but as time went on and we got to meet the real Pierce, I began to fall a little in love with him, as did Rian. Rian is one tough cookie, she takes shit from NO ONE! I love a strong heroine in a book and she had it all for me. Strong, smart, witty, determined to make her dreams come true. She’s a bit hesitant to give it all to Pierce, the sex – yeah that parts easy it’s the other stuff that she’s keeps locked up! Coming from a family with secrets that have in the past, ruined her relationships, Rian is keeping it all in. Pierce has a few secrets himself but he’s willing to try and has some oh so swoony moments that will make you smile! These two may not be compatible on paper but on the dryer, on the beach, on a counter – they couldn’t be more right for each other. I kid, they do connect in more than just the sexual way and the back and forth banter of these two made me giggle and smile. It’s that time of the year to look for the perfect beach read and well – I Flipping love you is a perfect book for beach reading. It’s fun, sexy and an enjoyable read. |
