A humanist manifesto. The book is masterfully crafted and utilizes urgency to deliver a critical examination of human nature, borders, nation states and the face of ruin that's neo-liberalism.

This book is everything the immigration conversation needs right now. It paints such a vivid picture of humanity when it comes to the refugee crisis/ immigration crisis our country currently is sitting in. I am not normally a fan of the poetic tone but this book was too beautiful to deny. I highly recommend it.
