What drew me to this collection at first was the list of well-known writers featured. I was not disappointed. Their words and ideas are eloquent as we might expect but there is a greater sense of urgency in these particular works. The newer voices were a delight to discover and I will certainly be looking for more of their writing as well.
Overall, this is a diverse, well-balanced, polished collection and well worth the time.
