This book is a simple guide to understanding the root of human conflict.
I would recommend this book to anyone inserted in self-improvement. The book is provides many helpful scenarios of case studies to help the reader understand the concept being explained. Highly recommend it.

Dr. Martin provided a unique perspective on behavior and relationships. I found his ideas to improve decision making and reduce conflict very helpful.

I would recommend this book to anyone inserted in self-improvement.

I received this galley from NetGalley.

I thought this book was overly simplistic filled with much conjecture. Unfortunately, it wasn't my cup of tea. I respect that the authors put a great deal of work into it, therefore, I will not be sharing my negative review elsewhere.

I thought that the idea of dividing people into two categories was overly simplistic. I might have enjoyed this more had I understood where this came from. The writing style didn't help either.

A really interesting read, this book struck a chord with me during the first few pages, and i was keen to read on!
Written by two psychiatrists, the book is easy to read and packed full of information that 'just made sense'..... case studies that you can relate to and answers to many questions that may have crossed your mind... from how or why we choose our partners to how childhood behaviours often stick with us through life more than we think.
This is the first book about emotional conditioning that i have read and i found it very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone especially those looking for more fulfilling relationships and to understand yourself a bit better. Thank you to the author, publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to read.
