My thoughts: OK, I'll be honest I lost interest in this prayer challenge because I don't have most of these problems because I am homeschooled, but this challenge would be helpful to Christian teen girls going to public or private school. I did like getting to see what some girls experience.

I love the idea of this book. Take a topic that permeates through a teen's everyday life and discuss and pray about for one day of the month. It covers a wide range of things; from body image to sex, fitting in to lying.

I do feel like asking teens to set aside time 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening) to pray (as outlined at the end of each devotion) is a bit much. At least if they were to have a paper copy of this book. Maybe if they have the kindle version, they could sneak it all in between school, sports, jobs and homework.

I will hold onto this book, because my 8 year-old daughter will be a teen much too soon.

A good guide to give to a teenage girl who is trapped in a prayer rut! Some of the lessons are overdone elsewhere but if you're a fairly new Christian, the lessons might be good for you!

I thought this devotional had a lot of great lessons in it, but I had a couple problems. I really didn’t like the example prayers; they just seemed out of place and I ended up skipping them. And while there was great lessons, there was a few that just didn’t matter or stick out or me at all. But overall this was a good devotional, and even though I only gave it three stars, I still recommend it to teen girls. It could be perfect for you, and all the lessons could relate to you.
