The plot was a little unbelievable for me. Paige was very interesting and unpredictable. She didn't always act in character. Caleb was quite the enigma, and it was interesting to watch their story unfold. I would be open to reading another book in this series.

She doesn't trust anyone and constantly moves to avoid being found by the people who killed her family...until she meets Caleb. Unbeknownst to Paige, Caleb is trying to get closer to her to find out what his father is up to. They connect in ways they have never connected to anyone else, but their pasts come crashing together in an unexpected way!

This is a series (book 1) and ends with a cliffhanger, That being said, I've already preordered book 2! This is such a great read. Full of hot sex, suspense, and several twists and turns! All too often, romance novels fall short on the story - all sex and no story makes for a dull read - not this one! The characters are well developed, the scenes are descriptive, and the story slowly unfolds with intrigue keeping you second guessing about who to trust. Looking forward to the next installment!

This book was both interesting and not. I am interested to know what happens next but it also wasn’t really what I was looking for in a book. I probably won’t read it again but it was good.
Was almost scary with the way it could of gone and I’m glad it didn’t.

When I read the synopsis of this book I thought that this book sounds really interesting. Let me tell you it was. I was shocked that this is a debut book?! I can’t believe that. It’s insane.

Paige’s entire family get murdered and now she’s living in hiding from the people that killed her family. In doing so she has closed herself off to everyone. Because of what happened to her she is now stronger than before.

When she meets Caleb that’s when things get a lot more interesting for Paige. I enjoyed reading the book a lot more when Caleb came in.

Caleb is a sweet guy who comes along and there’s something about her that he likes, even though he shouldn’t because his dad is keeping an eye on her.

Just when I think I have everything figured out I got thrown for another loop.

This book does end on a cliffhanger which is kind of a bummer but it leads into the next one nicely.

Wow!!! What a debut novel. I was hooked from the beginning and could not put it down. Caleb and Paige had me right there along for their rollercoaster ride of learning to trust. This was well written and had suspense, intrigue and best of all sizzling chemistry. This is a must read for everyone and I cannot wait for the next book.

All I have to say is WOW! Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions.

I'm not usually a big fan of romance books, but this one may have just changed my mind. There's mystery, suspense, action, and forbidden love and the author did an amazing job at putting them all together. I couldn't put this story down and wasn't ready for it to end. Paige Wells is running from a dark past and trying to find answers to her family's murder. Caleb Conner is trying to stay under the radar and avoid become the monster his family wants him to become. Together they are trying find answers that people who know the truth will do anything to try and keep buried. I was hooked from the start and it didn't let up until the very end!

I will be ordering Hope as soon as it is available so I can continue to story of Paige and Caleb because I just have to know what happens next.

This was a pretty good story and I didn’t realize that it was also the authors debut novel. Poor Paige is all alone and basically running for her life. She’s trying to stay on the down low from the person who took out her whole family. She’s had to grow up pretty fast for a nineteen year old. Caleb has his own secrets and is trying to protect her. This whole book is packed full of suspense, twists and turns. Their story kept me interested enough that I want to find out what will happen next.

At 19 years old, Paige is afraid to connect with too many people, for obvious reasons. Four years ago, she was the sole survivor of a hit on her family. On the run under an assumed name, Paige isolates herself from others while blocking out the past. But a chance meeting with a smoking hottie named Caleb, reminds her of a past she wants to forget.

I am so hooked on this series and the writing style of this author. Excellent storyline and a scorching chemistry between Paige and Caleb kept me interested, while the shocking plot twist left me stunned. This is a cliffhanger, but it is a book that is so good that it is worth the read. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

This story sucked me in from the very beginning. Paige’s entire family is murdered. After the murders, her psychologist tells her the people she believed to be her mother and father had actually kidnapped her. She spends her life running from the men who murdered her family. She meets Caleb and the story unravels.
This book kept me hooked from beginning to end. It’s the perfect mix of mystery with romance entwined.
Beware it ends on a huge cliffhanger. I’m excited to see what happens in Hope and how Caleb and Paige’s stories end up.
