Noncompliant:  A Lone Whistleblower Exposes the Giants of Wall Street beautifully highlights exactly why we need to support and protect whistleblowers.  Much like Carmen Segarra herself, this well-written book will make waves..  Segarra does an excellent job painting the landscape in which these massive system failures were allowed to exist and gives readers a very eye-opening tour into big bank's bad behavior.  This book will unnerve you, enrage you, and make you cheer.
