This book. It's difficult to say because on one hand, I felt like there was no story. There was nothing that pushed the story line along at all, yet the characters were awesome. I loved the relationship between Rene and May. I love the relationship between Bastion and Marcus. I loved them all together. The end was obvious, but I felt like by the time you made it there, you wanted it, so it worked. I'd totally read it again.

This book is..... wild. I honestly downloaded it experimentally because it honest to god sounded like a joke. This feels like it was based off a very nsfw tumblr post that went viral, and I wasn’t wrong. It was just strange, almost to the same calliber as those “taken by the pterodactyl” books where you just think WHO UNIRONICALLY READS THIS???? (not to kink shame) This book would be good for anyone who just wants to read porn without any sensible plot. I guessed how this would end within the first 50 pages and I was right.

I was excited to find this one as I find the trope so intriguing. Sadly, it didn't work for me at all. I"m clearly in the minority so far, so feel free to take this with a grain of salt.

There was no build up, I felt no UST, and some things just didn't make sense. For example, before René could even see Marcus & Bastion, there were references of him gazing up at them. Or, there was a reference of René pinning Marcus' hands above his head, but Marcus' hands weren't on him, so there's no way he could have known where the hands were. Finally, the speed at which he was able to follow their lightning-fast Ouija board communication seemed unreasonable. Because of this, I could never connect to the story and had a lot of trouble staying focused.

If you're just looking for a sexy read with some paranormal elements, this might be right up your alley. If you need a bit more to connect to the story, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is a new to me author and I was not disappointed. I loved the whole ghost lover theme. Bastion and Marcus were unbelievably hot together. Bastion, Marcus and Rene were even hotter as a ménage. I am so glad that May accepted what was going on and didn’t rush her best friend off to the physic ward. I really enjoyed whatching these three learn to communicate and deal with day to day issues. The ending was what I had hoped for and knowing that they have the rest of eternity together makes me smile.

I receieved a copy of this through NetGalley. The synopsis of this novel is what truley grabbed my attention and made me want to read into this. One of the strongest things about this novel are the relationships between Renè and May and Renè, Bastion, and Marcus. Within almost every other chapter if not everyone there are some intense sex scenes that will satisfy many readers. The only downfall I had with this novel was that the ending was very predictable in my opinion, but altogether this was a great fast read.

Gotta love a good ghost story, one that isn’t a horror or poltergeists. Pretty much no haunting, straight away ghosts. Can’t believe I’m saying this but the amount of smut was pretty much overkill. I loved Rene and May’s relationship. Bastion and Marcus were both sweet and possessive. I liked the growth of their relationship and the hardships they face, as well as the dreams. I’m glad it ended the way it did. Future Gregs had better watch out. It’s one I’ll definitely read again.
