I finally read the book. Not my type but it is indeed a very philosophical one. It is about relativity and presence and awareness.

This Extraordinary Moment is a helpful guidebook on how to we can change our way of thinking by getting rid of certain labels we use to define us. The book proposes that we view negative experiences a certain way because of the meaning we attach to them and offers keys to unlocking a better path to living a happier and more fulfilled life.

I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was an okayish read for me. The author tries to make the point that we are living in two worlds - one of our though and perceptions and the other one of reality. The book consists of info, then a practice to help with the info and a dialogue between the author and someone who is skeptical about the author's ideas.

I found the book a little too repetitive but the ideas presented were decently developed.

I got a free book from Netgalley.
