Great story and beautifully illustrated. I can see this being read repeatedly towards Christmas. Love the story, not too short and not too long. Plenty of scope for using different voices for dramatic effect with lovely characters. Lots of scope for different storytelling styles as well. With children's picture books I find that while the story obviously needs to captivate (and it does), the quality of the illustrations can make or break it. The illustrations here are wonderful. What a charming story for all ages. With magical illustrations, your little ones will want to read this many times over the Christmas holidays.

One of the most gorgeous kids books I've read it's a wonderful story about Leona and her fairy friends and Mr Badger, But its the totally exquisite art work that has you totally captivated, A must on every kiddies wish list.

A lovely story with really beautiful watercolour like drawings, I fell in love with them. The story is wonderful for young readers, although I must admit I did not want to story to end.
