I found some good recipes I would like to try featured in Comfort Cooking for Bariatric Post-Ops and Everyone Else! I enjoyed flipping through this and finding some news food ideas. I give it four and a half stars.

I love cookbooks,and this one interested me. It was chock full of great healthy recipes. I believe it will be beneficial to anyone whose gone through bariatric surgery. I even think someone who just wants a healthy recipe should give this book a shot. I can't wait to try out some of the recipes, especially the desserts!

If you have had bariatric surgery as I have, you know how hard it is to figure out exactly what you can eat and more importantly, what you can't. I bought several books but was not satisfied with the guidance I found in them. Lisa Belkin has put together a great book of not only recipes but some invaluable advice and tips for bariatric patients. We all get this surgery knowing major changes in our lifestyles are required to successfully manage our results. This book will help everyone, from those considering the surgery to those years out who need some new ideas for diet. It should be featured in every dietician handout from the surgeon's office.

I love cookbooks. This one had a few recipes I'd love to try. Mainly the drinks and desserts. They are supposed to be healthier too which is a great thing. Cheesecake recipe looks heavenly. If your looking for new recipes definitely check this out.
