I fell in love with Theo Kane instantly. A dark soul that had something more to offer. His sense of knowing what would happen before it did was mesmerizing. There was darkness that no one really knew but they were drawn to it and it pulled you into his world...to his demons and ultimately to his soul.

Izzy was a wholesome person whose live is somewhat like a lot of people. You find yourself in a rut...you do things that you don't enjoy but hey..that's life. After time you then get yourself together and leave all the shit behind because again that's life. Izzy made it. She made something of herself and she's proud...but demons still lurk behind her.

When the worlds of these two collide it is instant attraction. The pull was severe and neither could push it away. The demons for both came crashing in and threaten to take them but with strength that each had was amazing and stronger than the world.

At a time when I needed to read something like no other, I was able to receive a copy of Gentleman Sinner and I must say Jodi NEVER disappoints. This book is in instant pull and you will not regret it.

Theo Kane is the new alpha male Jodi gifts us, he is mysterious, sexy, protective, persistent, and just perfect. He I think beats Jesse in a big way. Theo is someone who hasn't had it easy, but he will not let anything get in his way, When he first meets Izzy, the last thing he expects is for her to become his everything.

Izzy was perfect, I loved how strong she was. What I loved most about Izzy was that she never gave up, she never caved, and she always did what SHE wanted. Izzy and Theo were gawd, PERFECT!! Their chemistry was amazing, I was swooning from the moment they met to the very end. This is a must read guys, Jodi does her thing again, she will leave you so in love with her alphas.

This was so good! It has several twists to it that keep you on your toes. A dark and cold man comes to the aid of a strong female. As the book goes on we see the undeniable chemistry and need for each other. They balance one another so well! The both heal each other! Def a fav fromJodi!

Who is Theo kane? Is he a saint or sinner? That was the question that had me hooked on this story.
This big and beautiful man wants to protect so many women but if any one dares stands in his way whilst trying to protect them a different side of him comes out and we get to meet the sinner that is Theo Kane.
I loved the 2 sides of him and wondering who he truly was down in his core. This has me hooked to my kindle and flying through the pages.
Izzy is such a good strong character as well. She's a troubled past which she wants to keep hidden esp from Theo but as we all no your past always catches up to you event ually. Will she be strong enough to defend herself this time around even with Theo by her side.
Theo Kane is the ultimate book boyfriend and fits in nicely with all the other great hero's by the author. He's dark, delucious , broken and mysterous. I loved peeling back the layers of him.

I enjoyed getting to know Theo & Izzy’s story and see what had them so guarded and with them both having a barrier hidden that they are trying to keep from each other there is going to be a time they’d start to slowly come down and they get to see the real person behind it.

Izzy has had a lot of loss and has had to fight her way through things through-sheer determination and she seems to be happy where life has settled for the moment.

Theo well a tough alpha male with a soft side only to Izzy, he himself has his own demons that he’s trying to keep away from everyone but with Izzy having her own secrets is this the right relationship for either of them?

Whenever I see Jodi is releasing a new book, I pre-order without even reading the blurb. It was the same with Gentleman Sinner.

Theo Kane, is absolutely brilliant. Theo is, in my opinion, Jodi's most mysterious and secretive alpha up to date. And yet, I found him very opened when it comes to feelings and emotions. He was sweet and kind and much as he was powerful and intimidating. He does the wrong things for the right reasons. Izzy fell into his world very unexpectedly. She is a shy nurse who has scars from her past. She finds herself in Theo's life that seems to bring her past back to life.

The plot is simply amazing. So many unexpected twists that I pretty much inhaled chapter after chapter, cause I just needed to know what would happen next. Jodi brings in some elements she never did before and it was interesting watching them play out on the pages. And while Jodi stayed truth to her writing style, I think overall this book was quite different from her previous ones.

And without giving away any spoilers, can I just say, that the ending had me in tears. Just wait till you get there guys!

There are books that you enjoy, that you want to tell everyone about, that you realize you can't, as there are just too many spoilers, too many twists and turns, and too many things that would ruin the fun for another reader.

Izzy and Theo have twists and turns. There are secrets, lies, things that they don't want the other to know about, and things that they think the other won't understand.

This makes them perfect for one another.

The story is well constructed, and it flows well...without getting bogged down in the details of their secrets. The characters are compelling, and you want to get to know them.

Jodi Ellen Malpas takes characters you shouldn't like and makes them into characters you can forgive...even when they commit crimes in front of you. The strength of the construction of the story is that you like both of them, and that you want them to be together...while not wanting them to change.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.

Just a quick review for this one today. This wasn’t a huge hit for me but in the end rounded out a read that I did enjoy. The last 20-30% was wild and I did love how it wrapped up.

I am a huge fan of this author and have loved every book that she has ever written. This one was a new cast of characters but had a new Alpha we love with his own little twist.

If you are looking for a book with a bit of swoon and a bit of alpha crazy, here ya go.

Izzy drove me a little nuts, but when her and Theo were finally on the same page it was a wild ride to say the least.

Words can’t describe how much I loved Theo & Izzy’s story! From the first page to the last I was consumed!

Theo was the ultimate alpha male and I adored him for it! I loved how he took care of Izzy. And at the same time Izzy was able to give Theo something that nobody else could. Together they had amazing chemistry! Together faced their enemies. Together they were strong.

I really hope Jess & Callum get to tell their story because I’m not ready to leave these characters behind.

I can always count on this author to write a story that will steal my breath and make me fall in love!
Gentleman Sinner is mysterious, intense, flirts with the darkness, but simultaneously is solely about two people healing each others wounds. I was caught up in the inevitable romance immediately and did not want it to end.

The fact the Jodi Ellen Malpas consistently delivers these male leads who completely take over everyone and everything, but feel completely new and different astounds me. Theo Kane is right up there with Jesse Ward and Josh Jameson in the hall of favorite BBFs. Gah! Even their names are sexy AF. I'm completely mad for Theo. He's such a big softy.....well for Izzy.

Plain and simple. I loved it!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I loved Izzy and Theo and this book!!!! I loved how Theo loved and protected Izzy the only way he knew how. This book gave me chills in certain places. I also love how obsessive he gets with her too. This was a great book and story line with amazing characters. I loved how Izzy loved him back and struggled with it given all she went through in her dark past. If your looking for two damaged people coming together and working through their issues, finding love along the way- this is your book!

A very passionate story, between two broken souls. I loved this wonderfully angsty story. Think Real by Katy Evans and you will get a measure of this wonderful romance.

Theo Kane is a mountain of a man, very passionate, possessive and protective. From the first moment he touched Izzy’s hand in a dark alley where she was almost assaulted, he felt a connection and he was driven to be with her. He pursued her relentlessly. She realized he was a dangerous man and many were afraid of him, yet for some reason she was never afraid of him, to the contrary, for the first time in years, she felt safe when she was with him. Theo had a very strong temper and was swift to enrage. Many times he got enraged on her behalf and caused her trouble. When she went nuts on him, he would hang his head like a little boy scolded. Yet, he was fierce with everyone else.

I loved reading this book and the wonderful love story with these two characters. Izzy had her secrets of a life she left behind. Since Theo had his secrets too, whenever he tried to pry she would counter with his secrets that weren’t revealed either. It was inevitable that a couple so passionate, so ridden with secrets and a past ridden with heartbreak could not have their upheavals. Theirs is a rocky ride but they have wonderful characters on their side, apart from some enemies. This is a turbulent ride, full of angst, tenderness and secrets. It was a very riveting read, very fulfilling and also very nerve-racking. Totally recommend! This will be one of my fave reads of this year.

The start of Gentleman Sinner had my heart racing and me itching to know what wild ride Izzy was in for. And let me tell you, Jodi Ellen Malpas didn't let me down one bit. I was riveted. Glued to my kindle. I had to know what was going to happen next.

What an opening! I really liked Izzy. She was strong and smart and bold. Possibly a bit reckless. But she had endured and survived a lot so it wasn't surprising that a man like Theo got her hackles rising. However, she wasn't scared of the beast of a man. She didn't back down and stood her ground on what she wanted.

Oh my stars. Theo! THEO!!! Powerful. Domineering. Protective. Alpha with a capital A. He didn't have an easy life but he certainly made the most if it. His biggest weakness quickly became Izzy. She had the power to destroy him and she knew it. Thankfully she guarded him as fiercely as he protected her.

But their happy bubble where nothing touched them could only last so long. And when that bubble burst...Holy heart stopping. I was cringing and holding my breath and trying to read faster than my eyes would allow. I knew Theo was going to do something reckless. Dangerous. But I didn't see that coming at all.

Gentleman Sinner was dark and emotional and thoroughly compelling. I couldn't look away. Jodi Ellen Malpas gave me characters who found their perfect match in the other. And while Theo and Izzy's romance was a bit of a whirlwind, nothing else would've worked for them.

Izzy is a woman who has overcome so much to become a nurse. She left a abusive situation and is focused on working. One night while walking home from work, she hears a woman in pain and stops to help her. That’s how she meets Theo. Theo is a powerful, feared man who is protective of his family. He hasn’t had an easy life. They both have things in common but will this chance meeting lead to anything?
