For fans of Debbie Macomber and Susan Wiggs, Blackberry Cove is a charming small town romance.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author. All opinions are my own.

This book starts well enough but the most exciting and romantic thing about this novel was the setting and not the romance. I believed the connection between the main woman and the father more than I felt between the live birds.

I’ve read all of the preceding books from the sanctuary ranch series. BlackBerry Cove began more slowly than I had anticipated, really taking a while to get off the ground. I was concerned that the series might have become stale. Fortunately, I was wrong. It just took some time for Abby and Jon’s story to take flight. They didn’t really notice a connection when they first met; however, sparks flew when Jon returned due to his father’s illness. In addition to their concerns about Roman due to his illness, Jon had suffered a professional setback and Abby was worried about her younger sister. Eventually, these issues were resolved, and they got their HEA.

I requested this e-book from Zebra books a Kensington publishing corp to read and review for free. This is the first book I have read by author Roxanne Snopek but it won't be the last. I can't wait to go back and read the first two book in this series Sunset Bay. This hear warming plot twisting book will wanting you to come back for more. You will fall in love with characters such as Roman, Abby, Quinn, Jon and other memorable characters. I can't wait to read the back stories of these other characters. There is some language but not much. I feel any type of reader would like this book. The plot is an everyday life that anyone can relate to. You will wish this ranch was real so you can visit this place to rest and become refreshed.

Was a quick, fun romantic read.
I enjoyed the innocence of the book. Well written and had me smiling throughout. Loved that they were along the Oregon Coast which I know well.
