Short and sweet! This book lays out the principles simply and clearly with no added fluff. A good read for anyone looking to get back to basics around food.

For anyone looking to make overall changes to the role food plays in your life, this is a must-read. The author offered valuable and interesting information and tips regarding making an entire lifestyle change, not just "dieting." Offering management-style principles, the author provided five different strategies or steps with three tasks for each step. The activities and suggestions were simple, to the point, and realistic. My only issue at all, and this is small, was I wish that the tone would have been a bit more casual or light-hearted at times. Otherwise, a very interesting and informative read!

Change Bites is a practical book to help you change your behavior and eat healthy. The principles are easy and the book of short. Marissa Costonis is a Certified Health Coach who teaches this 5 step approach all over the world.

Practical book to help you make dietary and behaviour changes for your health. Simple language and very practical tips. The sort of book those who need a structured plan, but with the why should I thrown in, along with very simple examples of how people exacted the changes. Use of business language would be appealing to the right reader. It was good to know I was on track as I follow most of the advice.

Change Bites was a book which aimed to apply change management principles from business to healthy eating. The principles were clear enough and applied well to the fitness journey. The book was short and sweet and never ventured into fluff.

The change management process had 5 steps and the author had suggested 3 tasks to help with each step. It was well done. The examples provided were actually sensible, not gag-worthy at all. A unique approach but a sustainable one.
