A small and good book plus workbook to work out what you want your work life to be like. It contains traditional self help exercises and suggestions of books to help you understand how you can make your work more meaningful. Aimed at women, this book talks about the author's journey and what caused her to become a coach. The book also talks about being mindful and aware of what's happening in our lives. Overall, recommend.

I received a free copy of the book from Netgalley.

This is a workbook so it means readers will not just read but also think, write, imagine, and reflect. These are really good activities for someone who wants to learn. This would really be helpful for those who are facilitating workshops.

this book surprised me! It's very much not just a book, but also a workbook with a lot of prompts and exercises to complete. i really respect the author's opinion about being intentional about your career instead of just "floating" through it. I really loved the chapter about networking, and will definitely check out some of the books the author recommended.

We are always on the lookout for business, career and self-help books for our Non-Fiction collection at the library. This book I liked in particular because it focused on purpose and the reason why you are in the career you chose in the first place or if you are undecided, figuring out what is your chosen career path. Dr. Jane Horan gives great insight in each chapter that are definitely applicable to anyone struggling to survive their current career or deciding what their career path is. An insightful read that will definitely keep minds rolling in their chosen career paths.

Thank you Netgalley and Springtime Books for the ARC in exchange for an honest review. We will definitely consider this title for our Business/Career collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.
