I thoroughly enjoyed Breach of Trust, I think the novel Rachel Dylan’s best thus far. Highly recommend!

An enthralling legal thriller that will keep you turning the pages. The characters were interesting. The growing romance between Mia and Noah was a slow process as they got to know and trust one another while investigating her friends murder. The legal case Mia is assigned to that was her deceased friends case is not what she expected and everyone involved is not as they seem. I received a complimentary copy and I am voluntarily reviewing.

Breach of Trust is an exciting journey in the life of Mia Shaw who is an attorney for the Atlanta law firm Finley and Hughes. on high-stakes litigation defending huge corporations.  She went over to her close friend and co-worker Chase Jackson's house to celebrate his birthday only to find him brutally murdered.  Life changes in a big way for Mia but she with determination and zeal fights to put justice in her proper place for Chance!  With faith and friends, she presses through the challenges and dangers that crosses her path.  Her best friends from law school, Sophia Knight and Kate Sullivan are present in full-force to be supportive of Mia.  Rachel Dylan does a marvelous job spinning danger, love, and adventure in this courtroom suspense novel.  You'll want to capture every story and character that Rachel weaves into this exciting journey.

This legal thriller gets of to an intense start. Mia, a corporate litigator with a very powerful firm, finds a colleague and good friend brutally murdered. The senior partner asks her to take over the case her friend was working on. That sets in motion Mia's intense investigation to do well in the litigation. She is also passionate about seeing that whoever murdered her friend will be brought to justice.

Dylan takes us into the world of corporate litigation and espionage. She has done a good job of giving us an idea of how intense the negotiation and discovery processes can be. We also see how dangerous it can be when those in power have something they want to remain hidden, no matter the cost to others.

The best part of the novel for me was Mia as a new Christian. Dylan has included some good discussions about doubt and faith that are well crafted.

The romantic aspect of the plot went smoothly. It might have been a more interesting part of the plot if there had been serious obstacles in the relationship that had to be overcome.

The end has a twist that I am not sure works out. I had a little difficulty identifying with the major characters, perhaps because the world of litigation is so foreign to me. 

I recommend this book to readers who would enjoy a legal thriller with a good presentation of the struggles of a new Christian in the face of a brutal murder..

Fans of Rachel Dylan’s Atlanta Justice series will not be disappointed in the finale, Breach of Trust. This novel has everything the romantic suspense fan could want — a heroine not easily deterred or spooked from getting to the bottom of a mystery, a hunky hero who is strong and sensitive, and a plot that will keep you guessing. With legal wrangling in both civil and criminal courts, as well as corporate espionage and danger around every corner, this fast-paced book had me saying just one more chapter! It’s a great conclusion to an awesome series. Recommended!

Breach of Trust begins with a shocking murder that has main character Mia Shaw reeling. She knows who did it and is determined to see justice done. But Noah Ramirez, friend of the suspect and partner to Mia’s best friends’ husbands, knows differently. The two clash on the facts of the case, but soon the desire to get to the truth makes them allies in an investigation in which no one can be trusted. The two are drawn to each other immediately, but past experiences keep them wary and at arms length — at least at first. Mia and Noah’s romance feels oh so right, and romance fans will love how their relationship progresses. And those who like danger, mystery, and twists and turns will love how Dylan weaves all the seemingly disconnected story lines together. I have to admit I suspected everybody! As one after another suspect was eliminated, the author had me re-examining and puzzling. There are a number of secondary characters, both familiar and new, that added to the story in interesting and fun ways. Two in particular would be great in their own book — hint, hint! 😉 Faith is always an important element in a Dylan novel, and both Mia and Noah are believers who came to trust in God in contrasting ways. I loved how Dylan showed their growing faith and the commonality they had despite their very different journeys.

If you’ve read books 1 and 2 in the Atlanta Justice series, then you are in for a treat with Breach of Trust. If you haven’t, now is the time to pick up all three books and begin a romantic suspense binge-read!

Loved it! This book had some of my favorite things from the opening pages. A dead body, high tech espionage, and romance. 

I struggled a little with Mia early on, as a lawyer I would have thought she wouldn’t jump to conclusions the way she did. But I did like to see how she developed throughout the story. She is a new Christian and I appreciated how the author showed her with real struggles. 

Noah was such a rock solid character. Not perfect by his own admission, but very real. 

The story had some nice twists and turns and I did guess one of the twist, but enjoyed the ride to the end. 

This is a book three of a series. I haven’t read the first two but I was able to follow this one fine. (and I hope to read the first two!)

Suspense is high in Dylan’s third and final book in her Atlanta Justice series. This open and shut murder case may be more than it appears on the surface.  Mia Shaw’s good friend Chase who was also a co-worker was murdered. She was the one who found him dead in his apartment and there was no doubt in Mia's mind who had committed this awful deed. Mia is determined that the man will be brought to justice. When she is assigned to complete the case Chase her murdered friend was working on, troubling facts begin to emerge and Mia finds herself a target and her life in danger.  What is going on, surely they have the right man arrested for her Chase's murder. Who is threatening her life and why? This story takes many turns and twists and will keep you guessing who the real murderer is.......... Another great mystery/suspense with a little romance in the mix.....The publisher via Netgally allowed me to read and I am happy to leave a review.

Atlanta Justice book 3 Breach of Trust starts with a murder! Mia Shaw is an up and coming lawyer in one of Atlanta's top law firms. When she goes to her friend's condo she finds his dead body. Although she is a corporate lawyer she vows to nail the murderer. Noah Ramirez is friends with the man Mia is convinced committed the murder. They will have to work together as danger rises.



        I love Rachel Dylan's style of writing. She weaves a tale of death and espionage that entertains and draws one along, but does not get so gory as to ruin the story. She makes corporate law come alive. Her characters are real with fast paced dialogue that keeps one reading well past their bed time!

So grab a pitcher of sweet tea and settle in for a fantastic read!

This book was a pretty okay read for me. I really enjoyed the first two books in the series, but I just found this one to be a bit lacking compared to the first two.

I found the characters to be real and likable, but for some reason I just had a bit of a disconnect with them. I guess maybe I saw them more as acquaintances instead of as a friends or someone to really root for.

Mia talked a lot about having trust issues with men but she seemed to fall for Noah pretty easily. I would have liked some more tension or resistance or something.

I like how the author handles Christianity. She does a great job at being real and open and honest without coming across as preachy. As best I can remember, this book out of the three seemed to have the most conversations about faith-being as Mia was a new Christian-but I thought it was handled well.

I really enjoyed the author's explanation of the legal system and how it works. Her experience really shows and she does a great job at showing and explaining without the information coming across as boring or like a textbook.

I had the killer figured out somewhat early on, but I did find the ending to be kind of confusing. There were a lot of attempts at twists thrown together at the end that it got to be a bit ridiculous. 

So while I enjoyed this book, I just didn't like it quite as much as the first two in the series. I will say I am excited to see what this author writes next!

Her friend  and colleague   has  been working   on an important case for the law  group.    She finds her friend   murdered which  brings up many questions.   She  finds out  her  friend was hiding  information from  his  client.  She  struggles to overcome her  grief and  also wants  justice done   for this horrible act of violence. She agrees  to take  over for one of her friend's  cases.   The  person who is accused of  murdering her  friend is a friend of  security tech  Noah Ramirez.   Noah is convinced  did not   murder   Mia's friend.   There are many  questions to be solved with  who is the  person who murdered her  friend and  how will the case be solved.   Noah   develops a relationship with  Mia and tries to  win her  affections.   Will He   be able to draw her to himself?  How  will the case turn out?  This  book is  exciting , suspenseful and hard to  put down.   The  reader is constantly asking what will happen next. Mia Shaw is absolutely devastated when she witnesses the brutality of her friend and colleague’s murder scene.  She vows to do everything in her power to help bring the killer to justice.  When Noah, the friend of the accused murderer, steps in to prove his innocence, he and Mia clash.  All Noah asks is that she keeps an open mind to consider all the facts of the murder. 
Meanwhile, Mia is asked to take on the case that her friend had been in charge of before he is murdered.  As she digs deeper in her case, she begins to wonder if there was a lot more behind the murder than what she originally took at face value.  As Mia and Noah continue to work together, their friendship develops on many levels.
One of the parts I really thought was great about this story was the message about Mia growing in her faith.  This is definitely a stand alone book, but in the earlier books of this series, we see Mia as someone who doesn’t have faith.  In this story, it shares that she has been a Christian for 6 months, so her faith is still in the early, tender stages.  With all that happens to her, she starts to question God and why these bad things keep happening.  What she learns to realize, is that knowing God doesn’t magically take away the pain in life, but it does give us someone to lean on when the times get tough!
I enjoyed this book and the entire Atlanta Justice series!  I can’t wait to see what next series Rachel Dylan has in store.

As a rule, I would not expect corporate law to be anything but routine and boring but in author Rachel Dylan’s hands it is anything but. Stakes are high in Dylan’s third and final book in her Atlanta Justice series when a high profile case may be more than it appears on the surface. It just may be connected to the murder of Mia Shaw’s good friend Chase who was originally handling the case.

Determined to see Chase’s murderer receive justice, Mia vows to do everything she can to see that the accused man is convicted of the crime. After all, there is plenty of evidence pointing to him as the murderer. When she is assigned to complete the case Chase was working on, troubling facts begin to emerge and Mia finds herself a target and her life in danger. The only person she can depend on for help is the Noah Ramirez, the man working hard to prove his friend innocent of the murder.

Once again I found myself immersed in a book by this author, turning pages as quickly as I could read them to find out what would happen next. I also loved the fact that Mia was a new Christian and that several conversations about faith were so deftly woven into the plot that it flowed naturally. It is also evident that as a lawyer herself, Dylan knows her stuff when it comes to the legal aspects of the story which makes it all the more authentic. At risk of offending his fans, I would personally put her novels up against John Grisham’s any day.

If you enjoy romantic suspense with a legal setting, I would highly recommend Breach of Trust as well as the entire Atlanta Justice series.

Breach of Trust is a very well written legal suspense.  Great plot and writing.  I received an arc from Netgalley and the publisher.  This is my unbiased review.

This is book three in the Atlanta Justice series, however it is a stand alone book. You will miss some history of the sub characters and some good reads as well, but they are not necessary to understand this book. This is a fast paced mystery full of legal issues.

Mia Shaw, a beautiful, hardworking lawyer is now thrown into a rollercoaster. Mia finds herself in more trouble than she can ever imagine.

Noah Ramirez is an amazing tech guy with his own security company. While trying to help his friend prove his innocence he finds himself protecting and helping Mia.

I loved the mystery and suspense in this book. The dialogue is well written and the characters are well developed.

Breach of Trust is the third and best thriller in the Atlanta Justice series, Rachel Dylan at her very best. I used to think corporate litigation would be boring, but not anymore. The characters are very likable, conversations realistic, and the mystery is extremely complex. The best part is the demonstration of lives lived by faith and prayer, the depth of friendship and relationship Christians can have.

Mia Shaw is a corporate defense attorney. She was going to celebrate the first-year anniversary of her friend and mentor, Chase, becoming partner in the firm they work for. When he didn’t answer the door or his phone, she found the door unlocked and went in. She saw the living room had been tossed as if someone had been looking for something. Then she finds the brutally murdered body of her friend, Chase; her life will not be the same again.

Devastated, Mia could only think of one person who could have killed him. The maintenance man for the apartment complex had been a thorn in Chase’ side, even giving him a black eye in a fight the week before. Within a short time of talking with the police, David McDonald was in police custody, and evidence found at the crime scene tracked with David being there. 

Noah Ramirez is a partner in a security and PI firm with his close friends, Cooper and Landon. Cooper is the husband of Mia’s best friend, Sophie, and Landon the husband of their friend, Kate. All are Christians. Noah and Mia do not know each other except in passing with their friends’ activities, but they are about to see a new side to each other. Mia would go to any length for David’s conviction, and Noah believes that David, his friend since their days in ATF, is innocent. David is certain he is being framed.

The partners at the firm give Mia the case Chase was working on. Even though she isn’t a partner, she will be the lead attorney to the team that worked for Chase. Despite the animosity of one of Chase’s team members and the prosecutor from the opponent’s law firm, Mia will do her best to honor her friend. She discovers things that are different from how Chase typically handled his cases. The files are a mess, and many things missing. Then little things begin to occur; whoever had killed Chase just might be after her, also.

I like Mia and enjoyed getting to know more about her and her dedication to her friends. Being a Christian for less than a year, I appreciate her transparency with her friends and how she is pressing into the Lord even through her grief and anger. Getting to know Noah is also enlightening! The best conversation he and Mia have about their faith, to me, is when Noah shares his dark night of the soul when assailed by doubts and struggling with the God he grew up believing in.
 
What a fabulous plot, full of twists and turns that kept this reader riveted! Seeing crises and loss through the eyes of another believer, especially a relatively new one, is eye-opening. There are abundant spiritual lessons demonstrated beautifully through prayer and action. Each will grow through these situations, closer to the Lord and each other. This is a complicated, challenging mystery. I did figure out part of the resolution but not how it fit into the whole. Even through the scariest moments, nobody gave up! I highly recommend this novel, and series, to those who appreciate good Christian writing, legal thrillers, and romance.

this is a revitting story that I could not put down till the end.  love it,  sad that it is the last book, in series.  if you like suspense with romance , strong people you try to do the right thing, you have to read the book.  it was nice to meet all the people from the other books.    Mia is a lawyer and goes to see her friend and fellow lawyer at the company they work for, when she gets there the door is not locked and she goes in what she finds is not good,  then she is attacked in the park,  Noah  works with the husbands of her friends and offers to help protect her,  I love the story tells the steps that lawyers have to go through.   once I started the book I had to finish it.  I do not want to give any thing away so  all I will say is you need to read the story.  I was given a copy of the book by netgalley but this is an honest reveiw

This book was really good. I have been in a reading slump for a while and it’s been taking me weeks to finish a book. This book I picked up and finished in 3 days. Once I started, I didn’t want to put it down.

I loved that we got to see the characters from the previous books again, but if you haven’t read them, you can still read this as a stand alone. This series is so good though, I highly recommend reading them all.

The story line was amazing and I couldn’t wait to figure out what was going on. There were some plot twists I definitely did not see coming. The writing was vivid and I truly felt like I was in the story.

I loved the Christian elements to this book. They fit into the story well and I didn’t feel like it was forced in. It just webbed and flowed throughout the story naturally.

Recommendation: I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christian Fiction and/or Romantic Suspense.

Ms. Dylan is quickly becoming a favored legal thriller romance author among Christian fiction readers. For me, it seemed like there was a lull in the area of courtroom novels so I am very glad Rachel Dylan added writing to her law practice. 

This is book three in her Atlanta Justice series and I am sad to see it end. Ms. Dylan starts the book off with quite the bombshell, but you'll have to read the book to find out.

One of the many reasons I enjoy Ms. Dylan's books so much is because she shows the inner workings of litigation, and gives a birds eye view of the courtroom. Like Agatha Christie she creates twists and turns you don't see coming and keeps you guessing up to last page. 

Mia is probably my favorite character in this book. She is broken and very new in her faith which challenges her as she does her job as a defense lawyer. Noah and Mia's relationship is intense as they don't see eye to eye as they work on the murder case together.

This was a wonderful finale to a great series. I can't wait for more books by this very talented author.

I highly recommend this book. I do recommend that you read the series in order to fully enjoy this book.

One of my favorite legal suspense authors is Rachel Dylan. Her writing style is genuine and unique and her characters always come to life for me as I read her books. I had the pleasure of reading books 1 and 2 in this amazing series, and now, I've had the delight to read book 3. It was so refreshing going back to Atlanta and feeling like the story was written just for me.

I loved getting to see Mia and Noah's story unfold. Their pain, their struggles, the twists and turns of the plot, all jumped off the pages and captured me completely. Noah's character was absolutely my favorite, and I fell in love with him so hard in this story! Mia's character was incredibly luck to have him protecting her!

Ms. Dylan's talent for intricately weaving a legal thriller into an unforgettable read is amazing. She does a fantabulous job at research, and blending it with her awesome messages of hope, love, forgiveness and mercy.

This is the third book in her ATLANTA JUSTICE series. I highly recommend it be read in the series, and not as a stand alone. The full effect of this author's talent and her amazing characters that become family is best felt reading the books in the entire series. Ms. Dylan has once again created a phenomenally amazing, heart-pounding story of edge-of-your-seat suspense. Definitely giving this one a high 4 star rating and two thumbs up.

My first book ever by Rachel Dylan!! 
I've never read this author before and I'm not disappointed!! I am going yo read the 1st 2 books in this series!
This book almost reminds me of Law and Order, Bull and some other lawyer shows!!  Very good from beginning to end!! Lots of action and adventure waiting to be discovered in this awesome book!!
I'm going to say that I love the name Mia. I don't know why I just do!!
My cat's name started out being Mia but since I didn't know how to pronounce it it became Maya. 
I think there's times in the story that Mia can be hardheaded like me. (In some ways I feel like she was Simba at a young age where he said that he laughed in the face of danger ha ha ha!!! ) Sometimes its a good thing and other's not so good. 
I enjoyed this book because it was a little different than what I'm used to reading and I wanted to broaden or branch out my reading so to speak.
I love a good story and this one was no exception.
Rachel you are dynamic!! I felt like was watching a Tv show! 
I held my breath in most places and released it in others. I love excitement!! Guess I just cant say that enough!! 
I will be looking for more books by this author. She's a great story teller and another favorite
