An excellent psychological thriller. Packed full of intrigue and lies galore!
Several times I thought I had this one figured out. But I guarantee you won't see the ending coming.
Thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for allowing me to read this arc.

At the time when she is looking forward to the birth of her own child Eve founds our her whole world is based on a lie. Who can she believe with different people saying different things. Who can she trust. We follow Eve search to find the truth. At the same time Stella story is being told.

An amazing book with lots of twists and turns that certainly kept me guessing. Loved watching the tale unfold. A brilliant storyteller

I really enjoyed this book. It had just the right number of characters to keep the mystery going and I was intrigued trying to solve the mystery of Stella. I found the ending somewhat unbelievable, I knew the murderer had to be one of the characters, but Was disappointed on who it was. Amazing what money does to people. I enjoyed the artsy part of the book and all the characters were interesting and well represented in the book. Thanks for the opportunity to read this book!

Eve is happily married to Alex with a new baby daughter. Why then in the opening chapter of the book is she sneaking out of the house and leaving them behind? We then learn that three months earlier Eve had received a newspaper cutting about an exhibition of paintings by a young artist Stella Carr. Eve had always known she was adopted but her parents would not reveal who her mother was. On seeing the photo of Stella, Eve realises that she could be her mother as they look so alike. The story is told by Eve in the present time and what happened in the past by Stella. Eve realises that her parents have kept a lot of secrets from her and she is determined to uncover the truth whatever the risks are to her and her baby. Lies, secrets, jealousy, revenge and plenty of twists and turns are all covered in this book which makes it such a compelling read. A highly recommended book.
Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.

I'm sorry that I did not finish this book. I wanted to really love it but it wasn't for me. Thats ok. Not every book is for everyone. I have nothing bad to say about this book. It just wasn't a story I could personally get into. I wish the author best of luck.
Thank you to #NetGalley, the author and the publisher for my free ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Since I could not finish this I am rating between 2.5/3 .

This was an exciting triller that I will not soon forget. Had some difficulty falling asleep having read it. The writer depicts some super stressful situations that have a significant impact on the lives of the characters. I highly recommend this amazing book.

I thought this was brilliant, fast-paced and very intense. It’s an emotional book, as Eve’s journey to find her birth mother is really harrowing. The way it affects her relationship with her adoptive parents, especially her mother, is also fascinating, and there’s a lot of undertones and unsaid words that Curran still manages to get across to the reader.

I also just really liked Eve’s character in general. She’s not just the helpless pregnant lady, she’s determined and pretty resilient – not long after giving birth she’s back on her search for her birth mother. Her guilt is apparent throughout the story, both towards her adoptive parents and her husband Alex. She’s a brilliantly written character, as I felt that the reader was really able to connect with her.

One of the things I liked most about this book was how real all the characters were. Alex was patient but also understandably frustrated, and during one scene where Eve almost trips over holding Ivy, his reaction is extremely relatable. He is both caring of her and angry with her for being so apparently careless. When Eve tries to explain that she feels she’s being watched he is logical in his belief that there was no one in the garden, but he does take the time to listen to her fears. Curran balances the sinister and mysterious story with the solidness of the characters really well, and this is what makes this story so great.

The twist at the end is great – perhaps not the most surprising, but I loved the way that Curran built up the mystery of Stella. Simon, another key character in this, is also brilliant – he’s always sort of hovering at the edge so you never quite forget about him but he’s not really on your radar at the same time. When he does come out of his shell, he’s distraught and stressed, and you can almost sense the panic radiating out of him.

I love stories that connect with the past, and so the flashbacks to young Stella were particularly interesting for me. Before giving birth to Eve she seemed like a naive kid, but after becoming a mother her character develops even more. The fog that descends over her is definitely suspicious and her friendship with Jill is seriously weird, but the way it’s written is so clever that it’s even difficult for the reader to grasp what exactly is going on between the two women.

I loved All The Little Lies, and would 100% recommend this! The mystery itself, combined with the brilliantly written characters, make for a fascinating story.

The beginning of this book really caught my attention. I liked the mysterious vibe of Eve finding out that she was adopted and also getting the story from Stella's perspective. However, about halfway through the book started losing my attention. I felt that the story was just not moving fast enough and was becoming repetitious.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC.

Eve wants to know more about her birth mother's life and death. It is a great thriller and I am glad I choose it. Thank you Netgalley for this opportunity.

I love books that alternate points of view so I was excited to get to read a thriller that did just that. I liked reading from both Eve and Stella's points of view. I read a lot of thrillers so I was really excited that I did not see the twist coming. I hate when I can predict the twists/endings and that did not happen with this book.

This is the first book I have read by Chris and I will definitely be reading more of her books after this one.

Fantastic. Couldn’t put down All the Little Lies. Eve is set on finding out just how her birth mother died and how she became the daughter of her adoptive parents. Throughout her journey, the twists and turns in the plot will keep you hanging until the very last page.

Sorry, this book really wasn't for me - I felt the writing and the pace were a little off and my attention just wasn't hooked.

I couldn't follow the story-line. I wasn't intrigued by it necessarily. I think it was a lot like other mystery thrillers I read that I just couldn't dive into it as much as I had anticipated on.

This story is billed as a psychological thriller, but it didn't live up to that label, in my mind. The story is told from both Eve and Stella's point of view, and Eve starts to uncover more about her birth mother's life. While there was some mysterious elements to the story, I wouldn't claim it to be a thriller.

YES!!!! So amazing. This novel was one that I could not stop reading, truly was an awesome read. I highly recommend this to everyone. It is already in stores so go out and read! I can't wait to read more from Chris Curran.

The reader is drawn into this gripping, riveting thriller by an Intreguing opening chapter were we witness the main character Eve sneaking away from the home that she shares with her husband Alex and their very young baby Ivy. Why is she sneaking away? Why doesn't she want Alex to hear her leaving? Where is she going?

Then we are taken back in time to three months previously when Eve received a email from a friend that contained a link to a newspaper story. The story is about a new exhibition of paintings by a young artist named Stella Carr, a young woman who bears a striking resemblance to Eve. Eve has always known that she was adopted but the couple who adopted her, Jill and David Ballantyne have never told her very much about her birth mother. All they told her was her mother was young and alone and couldn't look after a child. Seeing the picture causes Eve to realise that she has been lied to for years and sends her on a personal crusade to uncover the truth. But why would they lie to her? What are they hiding? What happened in the past that her adoptive parents and other characters are prepared to constantly lie about to stop Eve from uncovering the truth?

The chapters alternate between Eve's quest for the truth in the present day and events in Stella's life in the past. I had mixed feelings about Eve,she did have some redeemable qualities but was also very naive at times,a bit selfish and a bit too trusting. It was difficult not to feel loads of sympathy for poor Stella as the truth was revealed about how she was manipulated by the people around her so that they could achieve their own selfish desires. It was unsettling reading the differences between what really happened to Stella and the lies that were being told to Eve in the present day.

There was a number of devious, manipulative and not very likeable characters. A few chapters were narrated by a character who was so despicable that I dreaded getting to that characters chapters. I did surprisingly find myself understanding the motives behind one of the not very likeable characters actions. But that still didn't make me like that character, not even a tiny little bit.

Appearances can be deceptive, people are not always who they appear to be as Eve soon discovers in this twisty, unputdownable thriller that had me hooked in from the first page, totally entranced by the tightly plotted, gripping story that was unfolding as I frantically turned the pages. The characters were realistic and vivid, the story was packed full of red herrings and misdirections and had a number of totally unexpected twists.Well worth far more than five stars, this book is definitely going to be on my list of my favourite reads of this year.
