I enjoyed reading about the background of mindfulness and yoga. This information hasn't been covered in other books and was a great benefit to my knowledge and understanding of yoga. This helps my own practice.
The book does give many yoga poses but without pictures, it was hard for me to understand if I was doing those poses correctly. That nervousness broke through my mindfulness.
This is a great book for history but not so much for the practice of the physical aspects.
