I had not heard of this book or the writer before, if I'm being honest. I read the synopsis and thought it was smart enough to make me pick it up! I laughed so hard at some of these! I'm not sure if the conversations are actually taken from Tinder profiles, but they are sharp-witted, funny and utterly brilliant!
I would suggest this one as a "light" read. It is small in size and easy to read and it took me less than 20 minutes. I may actually try some of the lines in there, if I ever end up online dating. Should be fun!
The book gives a fairly accurate account of the colourful personalities you might meet on dating apps. It made me LOL at numerous sections. However, text was really brief and i finished the book very quickly. I would highly recommend this book for people with very short attention spans.
It only took me like 20 minutes to read the whole thing, the book isn't long at all, but it was hilarious! As someone who uses Tinder and dating sites, I could really relate to the messages women were getting. Men are such idiots! haha
I loved it and it was cute and funny and really brightened an otherwise bad day.
I did not like this book. I did not understand the concept of it. Plus the ebook version was not doing any good to it.
What even is this book? Like, it's hilarious, but I really hope these aren't real tinder conversations, because geez.
While the premise sounded interesting, this really wan't anything more than you can get following a Twitter or Instagram page. It was a series of bad Tinder conversations.
When I saw the cover and read the description, I thought it was going to be a novel about a woman trying to date on Tinder. Perhaps I just misunderstood the book when I downloaded it.
Definitely a book that will make anyone who has ever tried online dating laugh. The exchanges are, at times, cringe-worthy, but definitely relatable for modern daters!
#Single is equal parts hilarious and cringe, they are in essence both why the online dating is a battleground and how it's the perfect place for hilarious conversations.
It felt strange going straight into the conversations without an introduction, I feel it would definitely have benefited from a small introduction.
This is trash... total trash and not a book... how do people like this even get published? Another symbol of disconnection in our world which is sad and not something I need to read about... Definitely not on my list of favorites
Quite entertaining! #Single is a quick and funny read. You don't even have to have any Tinder experiences to get the jokes. Some were quite cringey, too. Only thing is I don't know if they're real messages or if this was a social experiment. I've never heard of TinderTuesday and it looks like the site is nonexistent now. That doesn't look speak well for publicity/reader trust.
