Review I thought this book was very well written and would be a good book for a caretaker to read. It provides hope and understanding during difficult times of caretaking. It is obvious that the writer loved his wife and I enjoyed reading the stories that the writer remembers about their life together.

This book is a love story. A love story between a husband and a wife. its also a love story with the husband and his faith. After Carol suffers a massive stroke in Mexico, George is left to care for his wife. He finds that it is his duty. As he works to take care of her, he needs to truly find himself and his inner peace.
The book is beautifully written and I bawled at the end, especially when he was visiting her tomb.
Great story. Thank you for sharing it.
