I LOVED Courtney and Lucas. They both had this down home sweetness to them that made them that much more personable and loving. Plus how can you go wrong with Maddie? That little girl I just fell in love with.

DRAWN INTO LOVE is book 4 in the Fluke My Life series and though it follows a family with four brothers, it can stand alone.

Courtney Williams is starting her life over after a bitter divorce. New job, new house, new city. She finds herself immediately attracted to the interior architect that she hires to fix up her new house. Lucas Fremont is also divorced but he's a single dad to the adorable Maddi. He wasn't looking for a new mother for his daughter but meeting Courtney is a twist of fate that he readily accepts.

I'll start by saying that this one is a bit predictable. The exes for both Courtney and Lucas make a general nuisance of themselves but they're able to power through and continue to build a new life despite the exes butting in! (Can that be considered a spoiler? Sorry if it was!) Anyway, having said that, I was still enamored by these two characters, three if you count little Madeline. Besides the ex interference, there's some drama between Lucas and Courtney but I don't feel like it was overwhelming or over the top, really just two people trying to mesh their lives together. Lucas wasn't expecting Courtney but he definitely embraced a relationship with her. I just adore the single dad trope, there's something so sexy about a man who seizes fatherhood! And Lucas WAS sexy and determined to keep Courtney. He was alpha in a subtle way. Courtney was understandably afraid to take the leap but I think she pulled it together in the end and I was delighted with the way this one wrapped up.

Told from dual POVs with a happy ever after. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.

ARR never fails to write a sweet romance that sucks me in and leaves me swooning and happy.

Courtney and Lucas are both divorcee's with some ex angst. They seem to meet at the right point in their lives. The connection between them is instant and made me seriously swoon. Lucas is a typical ARR hero that I love in her books as he's the typical over-protective male.

AAR always manages to write her stories filled with heartfelt emotion. She weaves her tales of romance mixed with humour, happiness, family and small bits of angst but its the perfect blend that has you hooked.

Another great read from Aurora and I can't wait to see what she brings us next.

I found this author a few years ago and simply devoured her “Until” series. LOVED it. And I was able to keep up with a few of the “Until Him/Her” books, too. Then life happened. Big move across the country, went back to work full-time for a while, kids, etc. Then I began reviewing books for Wickedcoolflight, and there are just SO many requests we get to review books now that I’ve missed a few of hers. So, when I had the opportunity to review this book, I didn’t want to dive into the series starting with book 4. I went for broke and binge-read the first three books before I dove into this one. And I highly recommend ALL of the Fluke My Life series books so far! With that said, Drawn Into Love absolutely can be read as a standalone book. I just really liked her books in the past, and this was a really good excuse to get caught up on some of the ones I’ve missed in the last 2 years.

Drawn Into Love is Courtney and Lucas’ story. She’s been cheated on and recently divorced but has no children. And desperately wants them. He’s a recently divorced single dad who’s also been cheated on. He adores his little girl. And so does Courtney. But can two people that have been so hurt by their pasts truly learn to build a beautiful future?

For fans of contemporary romance with some pretty steamy scenes (but not so many that the plot seems to be lacking), this is the book for you. I love books about characters rising from the ashes of past mistakes and realizing they have enough strength to build a much better future for themselves. And this hit the mark. Courtney is wounded but no wallflower. Lucas is frustrated with his ex’s lack of involvement with his daughter, but he isn’t closed off to another relationship.

NICUnurse’s Rating: The entire series is worth reading, and I would give each book, as well as the entire series, 4.5 stars. They all kept me intrigued enough that I spent two entire days binging the whole darn thing! The characters are quirky and loveable, each situation very different, and the outcomes are worth the time you’ll spend reading. So this is me...heading to catch up on all the Aurora Rose Reynolds I’ve missed out on in the last two years!

This is the fourth book in this awesome series and is Courtney and Lucas’ story. These two are both newly divorced from cheating ex’s. No spoilers; this is a definite must read, you will not be disappointed. This is a beautifully written second chance romance story, which is emotional, heartfelt, and filled with love. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner and I cannot wait to read more from this talented author, whose work I highly recommend for all readers.

I want a Lucas in my life. I want someone who is as dedicated as he was to his women. He is the right kind of alpha male and you know that he would do anything in his power to protect his daughter and Courtney. Courtney was a good heroine. She was a little apprehensive when it came to her relationship with Lucas because of her previous marriage. Her ex was a douche and he was a bad person. I liked his mother though. Lucas, Courtney and his daughter were pretty much a family from the moment they saw each other and I loved that. In a way, this book is about them finding their footing and getting everything in their lives in order. I loved that and their story overall I might say. The author did a great work with this book. The epilogue was the best part of the book for many reasons. For one, we got to see two happy endings and that is always a winner for me. Also, we saw Courtney and Lucas having their family and been in love which is all I can ask for in an epilogue. Fawn and Levi appear and that was also one of my favorite parts of the story. I liked to catch up to some already known characters and see how they are doing after their happily ever after.

I have loved each book in this series; however, I think Drawn Into Love is probably my favorite. I fell in love with Courtney right from the start and couldn't wait for her to her HEA. To say that she has not had the best of life is putting it mildly. All she wants in life is to find someone to love her unconditionally and have a family with. When her marriage falls apart, she moves to New York to start over. Little does she know, but her future is there waiting on her.

Lucas is not looking for a permanent relationship. He is perfectly happy raising his daughter on his own and being everything that she needs. But when he meets his new client, he immediately feels an attraction to her. The more he is around her, the more he wants her. He knows that she is his HEA, now he just has to prove it to Courtney.

I absolutely loved this book. It sucked me in right from the beginning and I could not put it down. I love how Lucas fought to break down Courtney's walls and how she was exactly the type of mother Madeline needed. I honestly can't say enough good things about this book. Aurora Rose Reynolds did a perfect job ending the series, even though I really want more. I love each and every book in the series and they will definitely have a place on my re-read list!

Life isn't turning out the way Courtney dreamed it would. The same goes for Lucas. After a divorce, a relocation, and a house purchase, Courtney is finally moving on with her life and is determined to be happy and successful. What she doesn't expect is the handsome single father that makes her question her decision to be man-free. Lucas has always wanted forever with a good woman and to build a family like the one he grew up with, unfortunately his ex had a different idea. What he finds with Courtney could be the dream of all dreams, but he'll have to win her over while navigating tricky exes, a daughter yearning for a mother, and Courtney's most well-kept secret.

I was drawn to Courtney right away and absolutely loved how she stood up for herself despite all the conflicting feelings she had regarding her ex. She made up her mind and was her own first champion and supporter. The way Courtney's boundaries included both steel and softness were wonderful. What also endeared her to me was the way I could absolutely relate to her reflecting on the little things that proved her marriage wasn't as happy as she thought it was. Her honesty despite her insecurities gave her appeal, her desire to be loved and vulnerability were character strengths rather than flaws, and her heart was her best asset. I saw her shortcomings but loved her both because of and in spite of them.

Lucas was even more wonderful than Courtney in my opinion. As much as I loved her, I loved Lucas and then some. His commitment to Courtney showed in everything he did and there was nothing he wasn't willing to do to show her how invested he was in them as a family. Never letting his ex get the upper hand, upfront honesty and transparency, not rushing into a sexual relationship yet still sharing intimacy, and the way he was with his daughter all came together to make a superlative male lead.

There were probably some things about the story that bothered me while I was reading, but by the time I was done I couldn't remember a single one. The whole story won me over and made me wish I had started this series from the beginning. Supportive side characters that enhanced and didn't detract from the story added another layer of depth without distracting from this particular romance. I'm eager to see if one particular character gets a story of her own. For now, I'll have to satisfy myself with starting from the beginning.

Drawn into Love is the fourth book in Fluke My Life Series. It can be read as a standalone, but why not start this great series at them beginning. The story is a easy read, with a single dad and precious daughter and a woman who's starting over. The characters were likeable and real with their feelings. I liked seeing past characters too. I enjoyed reading this story.

I received this book from Netgalley.

We have met now single dad Lucas in the earlier books of this series but you can easily read this sweet romance on it's own. This book is the perfect mix of humor, dogs, kids, messy families and even messier ex's. And through it all, somehow a friendship grows into something more.

Lucas and Courtney have been burned by love and neither one is ready for more. Or so they say. It seems that love grows where we don't expect it. These two together were just destined to be. Both needed to convince the other to just take the leap and try again. Such a sweet romance. Perfect curl up with a book on a Sunday afternoon type of read. Loved it all!

Drawn Into Love is the latest in the Fluke My Life series and I can think it is now my favorite book of the series! I just love the romance, the connections, the swoon worth moments and chemistry that Ms. Reynolds is known for in her books. I know going into one of her books that I am going to fall in love with the characters and I did just that with Courtney and Lucas. I wanted happiness for both of these characters, how could you not especially with the added addition of Maddi, Lucas’ daughter.

Lucas had me swooning more than once. He was instantly infatuated with Courtney and I loved how he took charge and made her his, even when Courtney tried to fight it you could tell that she was only trying to protect her heart. The way she fell in love with Maddi and Maddi with her, just made me smile.

Drawn Into Love will draw you into Lucas and Courtney’s book from the very start and having you believe that there is that special person out there for all of us until the very last page. I adored and loved this book and is one I can easily say needs to be on your TBR lists!

4.5 Stars!

Lately I have read quite a few books categorized as a single parent romance, and Drawn Into Love by Aurora Ross Reynolds is the best one yet. It is well-written and all the characters have a nice chemistry. This is the fourth book from the author's Fluke My Life series and it can be enjoyed as a standalone.

Paralegal Courtney Williams is recently divorced. While going through treatments for infertility, her ex was cheating on her with his secretary and now they are expecting a baby. Needless to say, Courtney needs to get out of dodge and start anew. Luckily, her very robust divorce settlement enables her to relocate to New York City. Her good friend from her days in foster care is an attorney, and she has offered Courtney a job. The residence Courtney purchases needs a complete redesign, so she hires highly recommended architect Lucas Fremont to do the job. Lucas is a divorced, single dad to an adorable little girl. Courtney and Lucas share an instant spark, and overtime they fall in love and form a family.

Ms. Reynolds has become one of my favorite authors and I always enjoy her effortless writing style. This is a terrific story, and Courtney and Lucas are interesting, complex and genuine. They are a hot and fun couple, both in and out of the bedroom. Lucas's daughter is easy to love and she is a wonderful character. If you enjoy a novel with a lot passion and energy, then pick up a copy of this book.

After reading the first book in this series, you were left yearning for Lucas and little Maddi to get some happiness. They finally get it here with Courtney, who desperately needs some love herself! You don’t need to read the other books in the series to enjoy this one, but if you love it, you’re going to want to, and see how Lucas and Maddi started out

The story was an easy read, with an immediate attraction and happiness on all parties’ parts. The drama is easily supplied by the ex’s in their lives. A little bit of girl time with Abby, Courtney’s bestie, and some Fawn, with a smidge of Levi. In other words, a wonderfully sweet and sexy read, with an awwww epilogue that covers several points of view

I don’t think I’ve ever read a book by this author that I didn’t like, and this book is no exception. I would recommend reading the other books in this series first though, just to get a little of the backstory – but it can be read as a stand-alone as well.

Lucas is a single, divorced dad and meet Courtney when he is hired to work on her house. Courtney is also newly divorced after being betrayed by her husband, and a bit wary of men and the possibility of a new relationship. The chemistry between the two is instant and off the charts, and they both want to see where it leads despite not really looking for, or wanting to be in a new relationship.

This is a heartfelt and sweet romance that really tugged at my heartstrings. There is some drama, but it is rather quicly resolved and doesn´t disrupt the developing relationship between Lucas, Courtney and Maddie too much. The book is written in dual POV and the story has a good flow, especially the first half, and is very well written. It´s a 4.5 read for me, and the only reason I´m not giving it 5 stars is because I felt that the story kinda slowed down a bit in the second half. I really enjoyed Lucas and Courtneys story, and think it was a good ending to this series.

Courtney and Lucas have both had bad relationships in the past. They're both leery to trust again but feel the draw to each other. Are they both going to be able get through what their pasts have done to them? Will they be able to let their guards down and let each other in?

Lucas is sweet, a great dad and is an alpha. He knows he wants Courtney in his life but he's got a fight on his hands. Courtney is scared of her feelings for Lucas especially since her ex treated her the way that he did. (I totally wanted junk punch the ex.)

If you're looking for a sweet, hot burn with an alpha then this is a book for you!

MINI SPOILERS BEWARE!!What i love about Aurora Rose Reynolds books are you are guaranteed an alpha male who will light your kindle on fire. This book is no exception the insta-love between the two characters is great and as always romance has the odd bump in the road but it always makes the HEA that much sweeter. An easy but good read over a lazy sunday for me made it a fun book to add to have read.

My favorite so far! I’ve enjoyed all the stories in this series but Drawn Into Love with the single dad and the sweet woman who wins his heart takes the #1 place.

I’ve wanted Lucas, Levi’s brother, to get his own HEA since we met him and his awful wife in the first book. Now divorced and with sole custody of sweet little Maddie, he’s moved to the city and is living across from his brother. Devoted to making up for the lack of a decent mother to his daughter, he’s also a very successful architect.

Courtney hasn’t had the easiest of lives, and the less than stellar end of her marriage has only left her with broken dreams. A fresh start in a new city and a new house is what she needs, and in the first meeting with the architect that will design her new home remodel all is forgotten but the incredible chemistry they seem to have.

I freaking loved this book. Lucas is the stuff dreams are made of, with his hunky bod, bossiness and devotion to being the best daddy to his little girl. The fact that he could dirty talk like a boss did not hurt one bit. The second he meets Courtney and realizes the potential they share he goes all out to win her over.

Courtney had some healing to do, and Lucas and Maddie were just the right people for the job. She was sweet, caring and funny and I completely adored the way she was with little Maddi.

With some mild angst, I felt the whole exes thing could have been milked a bit more and was actually kind of disappointed that when we got more it was barely mentioned at the end of the story. I loved the time we got to hang with some of the other couples and all the puppy love. Sweet, sexy and light, Drawn Into Love was exactly what I expected and I enjoyed it from start to finish.

This is the first time in reading this author with one that I could sink into. Courtney and Lucas take you into this one giving you the romance fix you crave. The characters are the winners in this one that are used to draw you in with their lives then twist the faucets on your emotions. But it also has some road blocks that give the bumps that life provides at times that pulls you to the edge waiting to see how it will transpire. Being also a plus was that this one is a different kind of second chance romance.

📚💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕📚

Truest of love stories!!!

Well let me start by saying I am huge fan of this author. She writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines that are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills. Courtney and Lucas are the perfect example of when you open your heart and let people in love finds its way in.

Authors Blurb: Courtney Williams wanted forever. She got six years of empty promises, a divorce, and a well-deserved settlement that’s paid her way to Manhattan. She has a new home under renovation, a new job, and a do-over as a happy “single in the city”—until she meets an architect with designs on more than her beams. He’s also a devoted single dad, a great cook, and has dark lashes to die for. Too good to be true. Now all Courtney can do is whisper, Oh no, not again.
Divorced Lucas Fremont isn’t looking to get swept away. But how can he not with a woman this sweet and sexy? She’s making his broken heart beat fast. His sister-in-law, Fawn, says go for it. But as cautious as Courtney is, Lucas has to do more than that. He has to fight for it. Now all he can do is think, Don’t let this one get away.
But Courtney comes with a secret. And Lucas comes with a bitter ex. If love is to stand a chance, they’re going to have to take a chance.

I really enjoyed this book and it kept me engrossed throughout. I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. This is a fun, hot, romantic must read book and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕
