Now this is a book that most of us who battle with yo-yo diets and an unhealthy obsession with diet can get behind. It provides inspiring stories that speak from experience of how we got here, and importantly, how we can get out of here! The thought provoking questions were helpful, and I merged them into my own journal. Thanks for a great read.

Entwined with the author’s own real life struggles as well as some of her patients, “Release Your Obsession with Diet Chatter” is a book that will speak to anyone who consistently struggles with that self sabotaging voice in their head. Poignant questions at the end of the sections forces the reader to think beyond the surface of their weight loss struggles and deal with some of the core issues.

Release Your Obsession with Diet Chatter is a great book that provides lots of tips on how to release the negative chatter about dieting and how to have a better relationship with food. The author provides thought provoking questions for the reader to answer after most chapters. The book is inspiring and very well-written. The author shares personal stories as well as stories of those she's worked with and/or met at some point in her life. Lisa Ortigara Crego really hits the nail on the head in this book.
Many readers will be reading whilst nodding their head in agreement.
This is an insightful read highlighting our inner voice and its destructive powers over us.

Lisa Ortigara Crego has written a unique book that is much needed in the diet book genre. "Release Your Obsession with Diet Chatter" is an inspiring and well-written account about how to free oneself from this unhealthy tendency/habit. I recommend it to all who would like to devote more time to what really matters in life!
