First off I want to thank @netgalley, @parkrowbooks & @kimberlybelle for my advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

Wow! Mind blown, I was not expecting that at all. I am impressed at how the author was capable of shifting the story from the beginning preventing you to find out the ending.

I was honestly hooked from the beginning and just couldn't stop reading. This book is written in multiple POV's and it was very well done. The plot was intricately constructed with good character building. I really thought I was heading in the right direction but the author took me and slammed me to the floor with how incorrect I was. There was a point in the book where I was wondering if something more would happen and when it did, boy did it make me flip the pages non stop until the end.

This was a great thrilling, suspenful novel with a twist that you won't see coming. If you like being surprised and mind blown pick this one up!

Dear Wife by Kimberly Belle is a well written thriller mystery. It deals with a woman on the run from domestic abuse and hooks the reader. I usually can figure out where the book is going but I didn't see this ending. I will r err commend it to the readers of my library but will time them it deals with abuse in case they need a warning

This book started off a little slow for me but once I got into it I REALLY got into it.

The writing was a little meh, but the story and the characters definitely made up for it! The twists at the end were very well crafted. It tied everything up nicely without being rushed or too wild. Definitely a good suspense novel!

I didn't finish this book. I was already not liking the writing, but after hearing what Alexa Donne had to say about it, i couldn't bring myself to finish it.

Dear Wife by Kimberly Belle had me on the edge of my seat almost the entire time I was reading. The characters were well developed, the story was riveting, and I kept changing my opinion on "who did it" throughout the story. I would highly recommend this suspense story.

Dear Wife is a wonderful twisty drama about a woman on the run and a woman who has gone missing. This was my first Kimberly Belle novel and it certainly won't be the last. A great book for anyone who enjoys psychological thrillers or domestic dramas, this book was a fast paced ride!

A great little thriller that throws a lot of surprises and red herrings your way. Who is Beth? Who is Sabine? Are they one and the same? Who is the bad guy? Clues abound, but which ones are real? I love a good thriller that leaves me puzzled and, although I figured it out a bit early, I still loved it - because who doesn't love a story of a woman who has decided she's had enough and plots a deadly game of revenge.

Sabine Hardison is missing, her husband Jeffrey quickly becomes the lead suspect in the case. Detective Marcus Durand is on the case, following up on any leads as to Sabine's whereabouts. Alongside these two men's narratives is that of Beth, a woman on the run, but from what? As the novel progresses more is revealed of Sabine's complicated life and hints are dropped about the identity of Beth.

I felt there was a lot of unnecessary storylines in the book, which bogged down the middle of the book. But, as the author draws the novel to a conclusion and more is revealed about the characters, I couldn't turn the pages fast enough! This is the first novel by Kimberly Belle I have read, but it won't be my last.

Dear Wife has two narratives. One is a woman on the run from an abusive husband who has carefully plotted her escape. The other is the story of a woman who has gone missing as told by her not-so grieving husband. The two stories run in tandem but soon intersect and it wasn't what I expected when I started the book, but it was good! It is hard to describe without giving away any spoilers so I won't try. This was a very enjoyable read that kept me awake into the wee hours just to finish it. I highly recommend.

Loves this book, kept me guessing til the end, cat and mouse chase the whole way through- great characters and an ending that I did not see coming

Ahhh! This book was so hard to put down. Captivating, thrilling, well written... all the positive words one could use to describe this genre absolutely apply. It is a cat and mouse game between a woman and her abusive husband, and while this wouldn't typically be something I'd read, I am glad I did! I have a hard time believing this WOULDN'T be a bestselling novel

Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to preview this ARC of Dear wife by Kimberly Belle.

"Beth" is on the run and searching for a new life. Doing everything she can to ensure that her steps can't be retraced, she connects with a ragtag bunch of society misfits and petty lawbreakers who all understand discretion.

Jeffrey has come home expecting a warm greeting from his wife Sabine, but she is nowhere to be found. Anxious to find his wife, but also reluctant to fall under any suspicion, Jeffrey teams up with Sabine's twin sister who holds Jeffrey in utter disdain.

This is a well written domestic drama/thriller with multiple twists and turns. It started to drag a bit, I found myself less interested in Beth's story of establishing new relationships, but once I understood where it was going, I dove right back in. I loved the ending.

Dear Wife, by Kimberly Belle, is a riveting, cleverly plotted thriller about a woman who, in a fight for survival, is on the run from her abusive husband.
This leads to a suspenseful game of cat and mouse that kept me guessing until the very end.
An excellent psychological thriller with an ending I wasn't expecting.

Thank you to NetGalley and Harlequin/Park Row for a copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review.

What an intense thriller! Sabine Hardison has gone missing, and her husband is by turns concerned and enraged. Beth Murphy is on the run, in fear for her life from an abusive husband. Are they the same person? Has Sabine taken on a new identity in order to hide from an abusive husband? The detective on the case is closing in, and is relentless in his pursuit, but just what exactly is it? An incredibly well-told tale that leaves you breathless until the end.

Upon receiving a recommendation from The Book Sage, I have read two of Kimberly Belle's novels so far and have been very impressed with her writing style. She always manages to keep me in suspense. Her latest novel, Dear Wife, is Kimberly at her absolute best!

This novel kept me guessing the entire time. Sometimes I thought I was right, even when I didn't wan to be, and then I'd get thrown for another loop. It had a Sleeping with the Enemy feel. I was so nervous for Beth the entire time and hoped that she'd manage to outsmart her abusive husband. The attempts to find her were interesting, as well. That made me even more nervous though!

I liked reading the different perspectives throughout the novel. I would have loved for Martina to have a narrative, as well. Maybe there can be a spin-off that features her?

I am excited for what Kimberly comes up with next and I know I also need to read the novels of hers that I missed.

For Hollywood's consideration:
Beth: Michelle Monaghan
Jeffrey: Seann William Scott
Marcus: Sam Worthington
Martina: Makenzie Vega
Reverend Andrews: Richard Gere (because why not?)

Kimberly Belle has done it again! I have loved all of her books. After loving The Marriage Lie (which I have read twice by the way, and I never read a book twice), I also read and loved Three Days Missing. Naturally I had to devour Dear Wife! Not sure why I am so late in the game to read this one just lack of time.

This book had multiple POV's but the author was very clever in keeping this so it was not confusing. I feel the trick to this is good character development, so each one sticks out in your mind. She develops each so well I felt I knew them all. So no problem here and it flowed really well so I didn't find myself getting lost or having to make notes to keep them straight. I just got to sit back and enjoy the story.

Sabine is missing...her husband Jeffrey is devastated..or is he? It is always the husband right? Wow I went back and forth on this. At first I was convinced that yes, it is always the husband. As I got to know Sabine more and more, well there appeared that there were many people that would have a motive for making her "disappear". Even her career as a real estate agent can prove to be risky. Needless to say I spent much of the time trying to figure out who was the bad guy (or girl).

Yet we also had a story of Beth taking place seemingly at the same time. Beth is running for her life. Beth has been dealing with an abusive husband for years. We are privy to Beth's deepest thoughts as she recounts her life with her husband. I often wondered how reliable Beth was as a narrator. Were all these memories true? I will admit I was all over the place with this book. I had no idea what to think.

At the end I was floored as everything fell into place. Once again I was blind sided by this author who always gives us a page turner! Add this to the list of Kimberly Belle books that I love! Bring on the next one please!
