This book is a compilation of previously published works. I have read all of them when they originally released. I enjoyed rereading some that I loved previously. Many people may find this irritating if they anticipate NEW content. The stories themselves were nice, short novellas. Rereading them now makes them seem short, but I have learned to love more of a sprawling epic of a tale, or novellas that have significant character development. These novellas aren't quite like that, but still enjoyable.

I received a copy of this book in order to facilitate my review. All opinions are my own, and I was not required to leave a positive review.

It was so refreshing to see some different cultures in this collection! I have to admit, it's hard to pick a favourite but I Take Thee, a Stranger by Kristy Dykes was definitely a highlight. The stories are very well written and I admired the women for overcoming their hardships.

A great collection of stories. Each is well written. If you enjoy historical romance I recommend this book. I received an arc from Netgalley and this is my unbiased review.

What I really enjoyed about this anthology was the fact that there were stories from different cultures and different countries (not just European). The European thing has been done a lot. So, the stories about women from other cultures is what really drew me in. I enjoyed reading these stories a lot!

I really enjoyed this book. All of the stories are well written and hold your attention. They are all good clean christian stories that have action, drama and romance. Thank you Barbour Publishing via NetGalley for the free copy of this book. This is my honest opinion.
