I received a copy of this arc from NetGalley for an honest review. A quick and excellent addition to our teen collection. Teens will connect maybe more than I did, and have purchased.

This is a good really quick read that is pretty well written. The plot is complete and not leaving you thinking that you are missing pages, as sometimes happens with quick reads. The characters are all loveable, not perfect but come with flaws with is why they are so loveable. I enjoyed this book because it allowed me to be able to suggest a book to the kids that I work with who don't read often but are always seeing me read and want to do it more. The plot is great and holds your attention through the entire book. I liked how the auther built up the characters and gave you just enough information on each that you didn't get them confused.

This is a definate recommendation to the right age group. Thank you for writing something for them.

Title provided via Netgalley for honest review.

This was a new genre type for me. I really like the fact that the writing level is not quite as complex as the content matter due to the audience it is geared towards. Reading is hard for kids especially when it's nothing they are interested in.

I really appreciated the drama of the title in a really high content level, but low readability. It shouldn't be that complex subjects need to be detailed through writing with higher vocabulary and complexity. I don't know why it took so long. I would have loved this book not as a HiLo, but the fact that it is adds to the charm.

On top of that, there's Replay. He is a jock and jocks get a whole bucket of stereotypes attached like dumb, or illiterate or that the sport is all they are worth. I really liked how the reader showed that the stereotype isn't always the truth. In addition, to his jock status, he's not from a wealthy family, but a rather average-income family.

This book just hits so many realities for students who may be in these kinds of situations and make it so relatable. I really really enjoyed this.

Rating 4/5

Finally! A male lead not rude or arrogant. Maybe I’ve just been reading too many romances with broody males. Fun quick read that is sure to get your desires stirring!

Reviewing book for NetGalley

This is an extremely well written book and a short read.

I could t help fall in love with Replay because his character didn’t come off as a jerk. It was refreshing and different to read a book where the male lead doesn’t come off as obnoxious or rude.

Amazing book can’t wait to read more of Sean Rodman’s work!

I love this series of books, they are short, but they are extremely well written, for the most part.

I really liked this one. The main character "Replay" is a character that I really liked. He is not obnoxious and actually sounds smart, which is a nice change of pace, as so many YA books simply have horrid characters.

I also like that the family is prominent in this one, which is not always the case. I liked the parents and how they treat their son.

The only flaw is the Markus character - he is just not all that believable. Also, if you have a thing about vomiting, you may want to skip the first few paragraphs.

Well written, with good characters. I liked this.
