I can't wait to read the full book now!!! This was my first taste of a Jodi Ellen Malpas book. I've heard great things about all of her books.

Okay, where to start...

First, I got a notice from her that the book was out. I took a look at the sample and scrambled over to NetGalley to read the first four chapters.

We leave them RIGHT as they are going to Vegas and of course I had to buy the book because I wanted to know what happened in Vegas. It's awesome and very fun.

Both of them have dark secrets which are revealed near the end. I was happy with how everything worked out. I liked that his mom was part of the ensemble cast.

Probably one of the more disappointing books of the year so far. Made it halfway through the book and still couldn't find myself attached to these characters whatsoever. I couldn't even tell you the plot of the book or why these characters were so attached to one another after knowing each other for two weeks.

<b>Gentleman Sinner</b> was a highly anticipated book. I loved Jodi's most recent duet and was looking forward to this book. Izzy is a nurse who comes upon a scene in which a woman is being attacked. From there on, Izzy's life turns upside down when she meets Theo Kane. He's predictably dark and alluring. He follows Izzy to Vegas (!!!!!) after she turns down his offer to have dinner. He's absolutely suffocating and I was exhausted for her. He also doesn't like to be touched a la Christian Grey. Which is never properly explained until there's about a few chapters left in the book.

There's so much that's wrong with this book that I can't even spoil. Books where a rich, dominating man swoops in are tiring. Especially in this day and age where there is so much visibility on the harassment women face in their personal and professional lives. He follows her to Vegas after she turns him down. He causes her to lose her job because he can't control his temper. <spoiler>He punches her in the face after she tries to console him</spoiler>. And despite it all, she still ends up with him.

Women shouldn't accept this behavior in real life or in their fictional lives.

Gentleman Sinner is the all new INCREDIBLE stand-alone novel by Jodi Ellen Malpas. I swear, Ms. Malpas brings her A-game with every book she writes, but with this story she knocks it out of the park!

Izzy is a shell of a woman. Sure she puts on a good front, but inside she’s broken. I absolutely loved her. Despite everything she went through at the end of the day all she wanted was to be loved. Can’t blame a girl right because isn’t that what we all want? To have that all encompassing type of love. When she meets Theo, she has no idea what’s in store for her...

Theo Kane...let me count the ways that I adore thee-
Hot AF ✔️
Alpha to the core ✔️
Heart pure as gold ✔️
Protects fiercely ✔️

I seriously could go on and on. Theo is damaged but not irreparable. He is such a strong character that literally had me falling for him from the get go.

“He has a magnetic pull, luring me closer, and I’m helpless to its power.”

I felt the same as Izzy. Theo lured me in, and I was unable to stop it. I didn’t want to stop it. The way he was with Izzy...GAHHH my heart exploded with all the feels.

Both Theo and Izzy are complex characters in their own way. I feel Ms. Malpas was able to dig deep into not only who they were but why they were. Her writing was impeccable with Gentleman Sinner. Both characters were everything I want in a hero and heroine. I laughed with them and I cried along with them. They were EVERYTHING.

I highly recommend reading this story! Hands down my favorite from JEM!

Gentleman Sinner can not come fast enough!!!! Theo Kane is so intense and enthralling, the chemistry will have your kindle smoking! I am a huge fan of Jodi Ellen Malpas’ past work especially This Man series! Theo reminds me a lot of “The Lord” just in his personality and his sexual chemistry. Izzy has been hurt in the past and is trying to guard her heart, body and soul when it comes to any man especially Theo Kane. I only received the first four chapters but I devoured them. I was completely consumed by this story and can’t wait to get my hands on the full version. I am voluntarily leaving my honest review after reading this arc.

I just finished the book and it was fantastic. I purchased my own copy. These are my thoughts on the book as a whole. Theo Kane is absolutely Swoon Worthy! I am such a fan of Jodi Malpas and her work! Gentlemen Sinner is a fantastic story about the Theo Kane who is one Hot strong and gentle giant of a Bad Boy and Izzy who is a sassy sweetheart of nurse. These two together have some explosive chemistry. I am in love with Theo and Izzy! I hope there is a second book with Callum and Jess.

Move over Jesse Ward, Theo Kane has come to town! I was grateful to be able to read the first 4 chapters of Gentleman Sinner and I'm excited to see how the story plays out.

OH MY GOD WHAT A TEASE! 4 chapters are not enough!
As I ran off to pre order the rest of Gentleman Sinner. JEM is a go to author for me so I had no doubt that this would hook me instantly and it did. She is the queen of writing these pushy, protective alpha men. I am in this for the rest of the book. I was intrigued and engrossed and then it ended. Izzy and Jess are about to embark on a holiday in Vegas, all the while Theo the "anti hero" is trying to woo Izzy or take her ... I can't decide.
I am waiting up until midnight for this to hit my kindle.

Okay 4 Chapters is definitely not enough! Luckily it comes out in a couple of days because I cannot wait to see where this book is going to take me! And will Mr. Demanding let Izzy go to Vegas.... Seriously need more of this book ASAP!

Suspense. Intrigue. Secrets. Lust. Romance. Domination and of course Danger. Thats just the first four chapters. And there is not a dull moment.
Who is Theo Kane? Other than someone who always gets what he wants. He has his hands full with Lizzy White. And trust me, she can hold her own.
I can't wait for February 5th to experience their intoxication tale in its full glory!!!

This was a nice sneak peak into JEM’s next book. I’ve read a few of her novels in the past and enjoyed them. Since this was only the first four chapters, I feel as though I can’t give a full review but I liked what I read. In the Gentleman Sinner, the heroine, Izzy White, is introduced. She’s a dedicated nurse that finds herself in a dangerous situation while trying to render aid to a woman while walking home from work. It’s at that point Theo Kane is introduced. He’s a very imposing man. Wealthy and intimidating. After meeting Izzy, Theo seems intrigued by her and starts to pursue her. JEM has a knack for writing extremely Alpha male heroes and I think Theo Kane is no different. Izzy doesn’t strike me as a shrinking violet either. The first four chapters definitely hooked me. I look forward to finishing when the book releases on February 5th.

Wowza!! Is it hot in here or is it just me? Theo and Izzy have incredible chemistry. This 4 chapter preview/teaser has me anxiously awaiting release day on February 5th! I can't wait to see what's in store for these characters.....

I read this preview and I thought it was ok. The writing was decent but I don't think i will continue this story. It just didn't grab me.

I’m so glad that February 5th is right around the corner! I haven’t read anything by Jodi Ellen Malpas but I’ve seen her books around. Even though this was only 4 chapters long, I was hooked from the very first page.

There’s so much mystery surrounding our two main characters and I have so many questions. Also, mystery isn’t the only thing surrounding these two. Sexual tension is coming off them in waves! I can’t wait to read how Theo makes Izzy his!

Gentleman Sinner is a brilliant, spellbinding masterpiece, that will pull, twist and mark you will every fiber of its being! So completely captivating you not want to put down even for a minute!

I can’t even describe the magnitude feeling for Theo and Izzy!
They are just the characters that true novels and storytelling marvel over, the ones that will live with you forever!!!

Those four chapters are incredibly tense and leave you wanting for more demands of Theo Kane. He is scary although Izzy White is not afraid of him. He is throwing mixed signals and is incapable to forget her. She is mesmerized but doesn't want him to get closer.

I want, no I NEED more of this book. This preview left me hungry for more. JEM's writing always does that to me.
February can't come fast enough..

Great preview to a book that will surely be everything I expect from Jodi Ellen Malpas.
Theo is going to give Jesse "The Lord" a run for his money.

Such a tease with only four chapters! Ms. Malpas knows how to suck you into a story with characters who are mysterious and sexy. Her characters usually have a lot of chemistry. I'm now intrigued and wanting to more of this book!. I will definitely be buying this when it releases.

This short preview is about Izzy White and Theo Kane. This preview just made me really ready for the book! We know Izzy is a very dedicated nurse who is looking forward to her 1st vacation in years. We know she has a questionable past, but so far we don't know why... Theo is a mountain of a huge man, who rescued Izzy from being assaulted on her walk home from work. Theo is very enamored with her. In spite of her telling him to stay away, he is persistent/, and he has secrets also. This book is full of promise of being another of Jodi Ellen Malpas' greats reads. I will be one clicking this one for sure!

Awesome read. I love jody Ellen malpas. Her stories are a unique blend of modern day romance. The characters are sweet and dirty and wonderful. I loved this book
