This was not what I thought. Sorry. No review. I did not read it cover to cover. I skimmed it and that was it.

It is so exciting to see how many books are on the verge of being released this year!! I am waiting for some new releases by my favorite authors, like Fiona Davis, Riley Sager, Jennifer McMahon and so many more! Thank you Netgalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

There are a lot of interesting books in this semi-annual Buzz Books installment that I have now added to my TBR. This collection is really nice because it has both the summary as well as an excerpt from the book so you can know fairly quickly if any of the books will catch your interest.

These samplers always get me excited for upcoming books. Based on the samples read, I cannot wait to read The Seven or Eight Deaths of Stella Fortuna by Juliet Grames, A Nearly Normal Family by M.T. Edvardsson, and Then it Fell Apart by Moby. I have already started reading Run Away by Harlan Coben. And from the lists of upcoming books I am patiently awaiting The Better Sister by Alafair Burke, Ellie and the Harpmaker by Hazel Prior, Bitcoin Billionaires: A True Story or Genius, Betrayal, and Redemption by Ben Mezrich, and The Five: The Untold Lives of the Women Killed by Jack the Ripper by Hallie Rubenhold. I am also looking forward to returning to some of my favorite summer authors with Sunset Beach by Mary Kay Andrews, The Friends We Keep by Jane Green, and Summer of ’69 by Elin Hilderbrand.

I always look forward to reading these preview collections so I can get a whole lot of other preorders lined up at my local bookstore, or hunt the rest of the book out on netgalley or edelweiss. I was surprised by being quite interested in the Barbara Bush excerpt - I didn't see myself as wanting to read anything by her... and yet, I think I'll have to.

I love buzz books because I get so many new ideas of what to read, some of which I would have never considered otherwise. Keep these books coming!

This is a treasure trove of new books. It is great to read the excerpts and get a sense of the author’s subject and style. This is a must read for anyone who loves to read. There are many books included in this spring/summer edition that I would like to read. It’s a wonderful source for finding both new authors and the most recent releases of authors who have published multiple times. I like the way it is organized to review your favorite genres in the order you wish. Am so glad to discover this source.

Looking forward to Valerie Jarrett book. And as always these samplers provide valuable insight to books coming to market and I’ve come to really rely on and look forward to these Buzz samplers. I hope this never stops!
