Christina and Lauren do it again! I loved this book.

The book starts off with Olive and Ethan at the wedding of Olive's sister and Ethan's brother. Everyone at the wedding gets sick from the shrimp except for Ethan and Olive, which leaves these two as the only ones physically able to go on the honeymoon.

Thus Ethan and Olive start their unhoneymoon.

Without spoilers I will say I absolutely loved their interactions and the character. This book had so much humor it had me laughing out loud and rereading scenes. Olive was strong willed and stubborn and Ethan was intentionally irritating and also stubborn which of course led to a perfect enemies to lovers story. Their snide comments and constant witty banter was the highlight of the book.

We also see them have to deal with a real issue, trust. We see how they deal with and learn how to trust and we also see how each one of them navigates their own issues outside of the relationship as well.

Overall, these two had such good chemistry and I loved seeing them grow individually and then together.
I'm also a fan of the "fade to black" sex scenes, which I really liked in here because it just didn't seem necessary to expand upon. We didn't need to see their sexual chemistry because their chemistry was already so prominent and we already see so many tender moments with them. A lot of books I feel use sex scenes as a crutch to show chemistry instead of interactions and I love that Christina and Lauren understand that this isn't necessary.

Can't wait to order this when it comes out, such a beautiful cover!

Okay so straight up, this book was seriously adorable. I’ve read quite a few books by the lovely duo Christina Lauren but this is definitely one of my favorites. I smiled so much reading this that my cheeks actually started to hurt a little bit.

I loved and I mean LOVED Olive and Ethan. The banter between the two of them was top notch. They were so sweet and adorable, and honestly, I just loved how quirky Olive was. She definitely has had her fair share of unlucky experiences.

I really loved the premise for this book, two people who hate each other sharing a honeymoon was definitely a cute idea and I think Christina Lauren did a great job executing it. I found myself laughing out loud more than once while reading this, especially during the wedding scenes because honestly, can you imagine your entire wedding party getting food poisoning? I was dying.

The different run-ins the two of them had while playing their role as fake newlyweds were also pretty great. Basically, I loved this book and I feel honored to get an ARC. Honestly, I can’t really find anything that I disliked about this with the exception of one character in particular, but that one is pretty obvious once you read it.

This was cute, light-hearted and pretty funny so I’ll definitely read more books by Christina Lauren in the future. Also, I’m kind of hoping that we get a book for some people mentioned in the epilogue.

It’s very seldom that I don’t love a book that’s written by this duo, and this was no exception. I read it in one sitting, I cried, I snickered, I laughed so hard I practically peed myself.

When Olive’s sister’s wedding reception is ruined by bad shellfish (thank you shellfish allergy!), she is offered a 10 day honeymoon vacation. The downside? She has to spend it with the groom’s brother, and her arch-nemesis, Ethan.

What happens is ridiculous and fantastic!

Great job, ladies! Keep up the good work!

This book was hilarious. The banter between Ethan and olive is so creatively funny I couldn't wait to read another scene with them in it. Olive is a well developed real character. She understands her flaws and although she does suffer from a bit of insecurity she doesn't let Ethan rain on her parade. Their escapades in Hawaii as they pretend to be husband and wife is the funniest thing I've read in a while. That scene in the tiny bathroom where they both had to squeeze in to change their wet clothing but she slips and they end up on top of each had me crying from laughter.
I wish we could have read Ethan side. His thoughts I'm sure would have been just as good.
