Paul Starr, a leading cardiologist, is killed in a car accident. Four women are then thrown together because of their bond with the deceased. They soon realize that they never truly knew him. I felt no sympathy or empathy for Paul, but I think the best part of this story is the bond that the women form because of him. Each one of the them were very different than the others but they were enabled to become better people; people that they wanted to be, because of their bond. Thank you to the author, publisher, and Net Galley for the opportunity to read an advance copy.

I know that I read this book a few years ago but it was lovely to reread it and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. I really enjoyed the focus on the different women and their relationship with Paul and how their grief shaped their futures. A great read

The premise of this book sounded interesting enough, but the execution seemed rather bland for what I was expecting. I was expecting a lot more drama and intrigue between the characters, but there wasn’t much of that. I can appreciate the simplicity of the story and the relationships between our characters, but I feel like we needed more for this kind of story. The writing itself was phenomenal, and I enjoyed the characters themselves. The plot of the story is also just so interesting and strange. It’s definitely an interesting read, and I’m sure that many people would really appreciate this kind of story.

An odd kind of book- about a man Paul who is trying to have his cake and eat it. In regards to his lovelife.
I must admit I wasn’t blown away by this
Thanks to both NetGalley and Aria for my eARC in exchange for my honest unbiased review

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review Faith Hogan’s book, “My Huband’s Wives.” I received an e-copy from netgalley in exchange for an honest review. 4/5 stars. I found this book to be very moving. I enjoy a book about strong women and comraderie! Paul Starr had 3 wives: Evie, Grace, and Annilise. Each are very different women with their own unique personalities. By the end of the book I respected all 3 women and their ability to overcome and band together as a non-traditional family! Kasia is a surprise to the wives and my favorite character in the book. She is a breath of fresh air and positivity. Faith Hogan does a great job developing the characters. Wonderful story!

Oh my dear charming Paul, you certainly like to have your cake and eat it too! As a well respected heart surgeon in Ireland Paul can have his pick of any woman of his choosing it seems. With his charismatic personality and good looks, he seems to sweep women off their feet. After showering them with attention and monetary comforts it ends in marriage, again and again. Until Paul moves on to his next love of his life.

Wow this book grasped me right from the very first chapter. After Paul's sudden death I found myself gasping in disbelief as his secret life was revealed. As soon as I was convinced this must be it for surprises, yet another bombshell would drop. Dear Paul you charming devil, what on earth were you thinking?

Don't be mislead in thinking this is a typical woman scorned book. This book delves so much deeper than that. We experience how each person in Paul's life is forced to struggle with not only the grief of the loss of Paul but also their feelings as they learn who Paul really was.

I must admit I was completely intrigued with the absolute scandal of it all. It boggled my mind that Paul was actually able to pull this off and for such a long period of time. Even more so how this group of women bound together to help each other cope with the wild range of emotions their beloved Paul has left them with.

This group of amazing women took an unthinkable situation and turned it into something that was quite frankly beautiful. I loved taking this journey with them of love, loss, betrayal and watching them grow.

#MyHusbandsWives #NetGalley At first, I was not sure I was going to enjoy this book. It was slow to get going and the first quarter of the book was very descriptive with not a lot of action as we got to know the three wives of Paul Starr and his 'friend' Kasia. But then it started to pick up and I finished the rest of the book in one sitting as the four women became more involved with each other and developed friendships and relationships as they all came to terms with their grief and how they were going to go forward with their lives. I really enjoyed the remainder of the book and for me, the ending was very satisfying.

This book is very old - and has been published for some time. I was not that excited by the couple of chapters I read.

Thanks to Aria and Faith Hogan for the opportunity to read and review this book. I was so intrigued to read this book aftet reading the blurb. Half way through I felt the book was a little far fetched. An enjoyable read overall delving into relationships and loves past and present. Showing friendships can be founded from the most unlikely situations.

I really wanted to like this book, and I guess I am in the minority based on the majority of previous reviews. The description of the book sounded intriguing, and I was invested at the very beginning of the novel. However, I felt the story soon started to get slow and it could not hold my attention throughout the remainder of the novel. I just could not get invested in the story or connect with any of the characters. I pushed myself to finish it in hopes that I would change my mind. I wouldn’t discourage anyone else from reading it; others obviously enjoyed it but it was just not my cup of tea.

A bit unbelievable --three wives, tons of kids, one "husband" and somehow they find out and become friends? Okay?? But it was a quick read and pleasant. Good for travel or the beach.

When Paul Starr is killed in a car accident his unconventional life and loves are exposed as the four woman who loved him have to face up to each other’s existence.

Evie his first wife has always loved him but was willing to let him go as long as he stayed in her life. Grace a famous artist his second wife gave him a daughter Delilah who they both loved dearly . Annalise is his third wife a beautiful ex beauty queen has two young boys with Paul but feels things are not working out for them.

The shocking news of his death rocks all three woman’s lives. The fact he was in the car with another woman Kasia adds another twist to Paul’s already complicated life. Who is she?? And what part does she play in Paul’s life?

Circumstances throw all the woman together and make them question who did Paul truly love?

They all put their jealousy and uncertainty aside because of their mutual grief and find unexpected friendships developing.

This book is full of emotional dilemmas. Is it possible to share your love? Or is it being selfish? I loved how the woman pulled together and were able to move on and find happiness as each gained confidence and closure as they realised they were stronger than they imagined.

Fantastic writing by Faith Hogan who made each character very real to me. A powerful thought provoking read .

Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for my chance to read this extremely compelling book.
