Apologies for such a late review on this book. This is one author who never disappoints her readers, if anything each book gets better and this one is no exception, one is kept wondering and wanting to know why and believe me after loads of twists and turns we get our answer, and we are not disappointed, brilliant book is all I can say x |

Wow! I was so engrossed in this, I didn't want to stop reading it! Who was the girl washed up on the beach and how did she get there? Who can she trust? It really had me, I hadn't a clue and I wasn't disappointed when it all came to light. I highly recommend and I look forward to reading more from this fantastic author x |

Another great read from Shalini Boland! I was really intrigued as to what happened to Mia and didn't expect the twists. Can't wait for more from the author! |
A brilliant read! This thriller grabs you from the very beginning. The story is so well written that when the major plot twist happens I don’t think many will have guessed it . A brilliant, disturbing and chilling thriller! |

Finally got round to reading this book, so glad I did, read it all in one sitting. So many twists and turns and an ending that I didn’t see coming |
I'm obsessed with all of Shalini Boland's books, and this is no exception. I've read every book she's written and am always eagerly awaiting the next one! I really liked The Girl From The Sea. Interesting premise and plenty of twists and turns. Couldn't put it down! |

This was an ok read, I felt it lost me a bit after the first half. I found Mia annoying after a while and I thought the whole thing after the initial accident and memory loss to be a little unbelievable., especially the apparent ineptness of the police. The idea was a good one but it fell a bit flat with me, It was ok enough to read and it entertained me enough to keep going to the end. |
My first experience reading Shalini Boland book. Quick read, well written, suspenseful. Surprising ending which I did not expect at all. Recommend 3.5 stars |
Imagine waking up, not knowing who you are, or what happened to you. You have to learn from scratch who you can trust, and who not, and not is all that it seems..... What a twisty, twirly book to enjoy! Recommended. |

This was an excellent story and the twist at the end was superb, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story and look forward to reading more of Shalini Boland books in the future. The storyline was clever, the twist made the storyline even better With thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for the Arc, which I enjoyed reading. |
I have tried a couple of times but I just can't get into this one. I DNF'd it at 30%. I just couldn't connect with the story or the characters :( |

Another Shalini Boland masterpiece. This book is very cleverly written with an ending I did not see coming. This book is definitely worth reading. |
Mia is found washed up on the beach with no memory of what happened to her .She can’t even remember her name or recognize her face in the mirror.Next Piers turns up claiming to be her boyfriend and that she has a family that loves her but she soon discovers that people around her are lying to her and will stop at nothing to prevent Mia’s memory from returning The Girl From The Sea by Shalini Boland is quick psychological thriller with well developed characters.. Full of twists and turns with lots of suspects made it an interesting read. I would like to thank Bookouture & NetGalley for providing an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest and fair review. |

Shalini Boland is a great writer. I discovered her on Netgalley and I anticipate each new novel as soon as I am done the latest. Great psychological thriller, it will keep you reading and catch you from the first page. |
Imagine waking up cold, wet and face down in the sand, but even more frightening you have no idea who you are, your memories are gone. Mia remembers nothing until the moment she wakes up, every thing is blank, how did she fall into the water? How was she so far from home? Who did this ? Or was it just an accident? As Mia tries to piece together her life she discovers that not everyone is being honest and now she doesn’t know who to trust. As she begins to get flashes of memory she turns to her friend and rowing coach Jack and realises he’ s becoming more than a friend. This psychological thriller had me hooked from the beginning, The story unfolds as Mia pieces together who she is and just as you work out what’s what, you turn the page and nothing was the way you thought. Shalini Boland writes incredible books and this latest doesn’t disappoint. |
