I actually loved the first chapter of this book, and found the information there to be great help. However, there were a few points that were difficult for me: The author mentioned the Parable of the Talents and then said he believes God wants us to successful, and in a later chapter, said repeatably that Paul's sermons bored people. At that point I gave up.

This is a book everybody should read. It is very well written and easy to understand. At the end of every chapter there is exercises to help you change your thinking pattern. I never realized how many negative thoughts go through my mind each day until I read this book. I highly recommend this book.
