This book does a great job explaining the idea of moving to a new home. Home isn't necessarily where you live, but who you are with.

Pros: The illustrations in this book is phenomenal. I have a chance to see how kids lives changes. Also, daddy bear made a mistake and I like how the child tries to keep things positive anyway. I believe the kids will see a good thing when reading this book. They will feel like they are not alone when it comes to making changes.

Cons: I was a little confused at the end with all the illustrations prior to the last set of words. I thought we had reached the end, but I’m glad to have kept going until the very end.

Very sweet story about what makes a home. Evie and her daddy are moving and both are experiencing nervousness about it all. Evie asks a lot of questions that her patient daddy takes time to answer each one honestly. At the end they both come to the same conclusion about what being home means.
Art work is very colorful and will keep the attention of any young child. Altogether this is a book that will be read over and over again!
