These are great summery reads. My only complain is that now I have to wait to find out what happens next.

Enjoyed each story that I read. I have read Sheila Robert's book and I really love that series. Have Joann Ross's on by book shelf to read. I recommend if these are new authors for you, that is a good way to see who you might like and it could add a new author to your list.

There's a wonderful selection of summer reads in this sampler, catering for a variety of tastes. There are one or two that i have got my eye on, and in particular, it was 'The Bookshop of Yesterdays' by Amy Meyerson that really grabbed my attention.

My thanks to Netgalley and the Publishers for my copy.

I enjoy looking at samplers to get a feel for a variety of books coming out. This one offered 3 chapters per book, plenty to get a good idea of the content and style of each sample. From this selection, only one sample (by Amy Meyerson) caught my attention, but this is more a matter of personal preference.

Thanks to NetGalley for providing a copy in exchange for an honest review.

This sampler contained long excerpts from four separate books. None of the books really grabbed my interest, honestly, and formatting issues made for difficult reading on occasion. With the exception of Ross' excerpt, the women were a little too desperate to find love, even at the expense of their self-respect, which is a pet peeve of mine in romance novels. Novelists can have strong heroines that don't define their worth through the men in their lives, not that you would be able to tell from any of these excerpts. There were also disjointed moments in all of them, which made the flow incongruous.
