Danniella, Alison and Karen are 3 different women that have very different lives and on a crucial moment they come across each other.
Danniella is running away from her pain and she will need a friend to overcome it. Her pain is real and it is growing, it almost kills her until she finds Allison.
Allison has been hiding her pain since she was 13 but she needs to stop doing it. When she realizes that her boyfriend is putting her down and she needs to turn this over, she will get the help from Danniella.
They both meet Karen at the booth camp, she thought she had an happy life and a successful business, that her romance was just taking a slow turn because of the fitness business but then she found out that it isn’t so.
This is a story that shows us what the power of friendship can be and what it can make.
I have cried, laugh, felt angry and at the end I was happy and in peace with all these characters. Thank you NetGalley for letting me read it.

LOVED this book! What a heartwarming tale about three lost women who in four months found themselves and in turn, found the friendships they deserved. It really inspired me to live each day and embrace love and happiness while getting rid of that which is no longer worthy of my attention.

I read this book in a day, I couldn’t put it down, Alison, Karen & Danniella each have a story to tell and the author has an unique ability to draw you into their lives. My secret to happiness is ‘be true to yourself’ what’s yours?
Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and the author for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review

A story melding three women together. Karen, Daniella and Alison all have issues in their lives, body image, lack of confidence and romance problems. It's hard to believe that a Bootcamp can make such a difference in their lives, but it is the hub round which the different stories turn. The strength of their friendship grows, confidence returns, secrets are revealed.
This is a nice comfortable book and I enjoyed reading it.

Well I am really not sure what to say what an utterly FANTASTIC book.
Following the lives of not one but three very strong individuals who came together through tragedy bond together and there stories are uplifting heartbreaking but its astonishing what you can do when you make a decision that has taken a long time to come I really can't praise this OUTSTANDING book enough and very worthy of every star I gave to these wonderful social butterflies.

Cute book about three women with three separate stories that become intertwined and support each other as they 100% change just about everything in their lives. Great book about friendship, starting over, and following your heart.

I loved this book. I liked the three different women, Karen, Daniella, and Allison. I could relate to so much of what they were all going through. I admired their courage, their flaws, and how each one dealt with adversity.
The writer kept me guessing about what was bothering the women and how they would all come together.
I liken this book to almost a mystery/thriller/women's book.
OVerall brilliant writing, loved the plot, characters were well developed and it was a quick and easy read.

I was hoping for a good summer read and this one is laden with sadness. So I didn’t get the book I wanted. I enjoyed the main character and her story.
